Starbucks — Restaurant in Bridgeton

I wasn't at Starbucks, Starbucks is inside TARGET. I went to TARGET to buy some much needed household products. I love TARGET I hear people say WAL-MART is cheaper, but not necessarily. TARGET has some really great deals on several different products. Their sale items usually come with a good deal as well. Sometimes if you buy certain household items they give you TARGET Gift Cards along with the sale price. You can get $5., $10., gift cards to use when you come back. Or you can give them as a gift. They make great stocking stuffers! Not only that but the employees will actually HELP YOU if you can't find what you are looking for, they will walk you to the item, if it isn't on the shelf they have radios to call back in the back and locate the items. They will then retrieve the merchandise for you. That is service, & it usually comes with a smile, friendliness & courtesy. The aisles are wide enough to pass other shoppers with ease. The check out lanes move quickly & usually they have enough people checking out customers so after shopping you don't have to wait too long in line. Shopping at TARGET is usually a good experience. And if you have someone with you that hates to shop (usually a man, LOL) they can wait for you inside the store in Starbucks. Thank you for reading my post. ...

I Had came here with my fiancé ans normally I don't go to this locations its very rare. But I needed a good wake me up when I got off of my shift. From a job. I order a venti Vallnlia bean frap with a shot of expresso. It was a little watery taste. And when I was looking at my cup. I thought there was a black pieace of hair. On the outside eof my cup. I tired to take it off.... nope. It was INSIDE my CUP I thought it wasn't that long but BOY was I WRONG! I moved thr Frappuccino around more it had to be like 4 inches of black hair. Did I find one nope but two peiace is BLACK hair in my drink. I was grossed out. But I came back explained to them what was wrong. That I qas gone like 2 mintues. Ago and they made a nasty look like yeah this your fault. This is nasty. One guy said " oh I guess I should go fix my hair". Like I work on fast food too and mt hair is put up off my shoulders. Always. Not in a low pony tail. But they gave me my money back ans remade my drink. Didn't expected it at all. But I think I will stick to my original starbucks closer to home. ( I hope...

This location is on my way to work and I was so excited when it opened... I understand these employees are new and still learning.. (I am in customer service myself and work at a very fast paced restaurant ) but I have been late to work several times now because I am waiting in the drive thru so long. They are friendly and usually ask about my day so far but honestly I just need my coffee so I can get to work.... 9 times out of ten I just woke up 20 minutes ago people so my day hasn’t even begun.. So in my opinion or observation is to say good morning & pick up the pace a little please.. A little more hustle will be noticed. Most people just want their coffee so they can get to work. I usually frequent the Creve Coeur location but I don’t like that there is no drive thru but maybe having to go in will be better then sitting in the drive thru.. Sorry after the 10th time had to...
