So I have been to events here before but never hosted. So I decided to rent it out to host my brother retirement party. Booking and everything went smoothly. I was even impressed because they called to clarify with me days before on how I wanted the tables set and how many chairs to make sure my numbers didn't change. Okay the day of the event i arrive and as soon as I get there the gentleman told me the elevator is broken but he has called someone to come out. I'm like okay cool. It was enough of us so so by our venue being on the second we had to haul everything and I do mean everything up the stairs to the second floor. Now remind you this is at 3pm the event doesn't start until 6pm. I did let them know we had handicap people coming. Do you know by the time my event started there was nobody to be found, the elevator was still not working. Okay no biggie it was a retirement for someone in the Navy so we have strong men so we made it work. Okay throughout the night still nobody came and empty the trash cans clean up the spills. I mean nowhere to be found. We had to go and purchase trash bags and we had to haul out or own trash until the end. So I called for three days Erin finally calls back and states she was going to talk to her boss. Guess what? It's been a month and still no follow through. No apologies no discount on next visit....

This is the venue where the local toy fair is held, and its substantially large. If you need to hold some kind of local convention, this would be a great place to do it. It has bathrooms, plenty of parking, multiple levels, and wide open spaces for tables.
