I'm going to be fair and honest giving this review, but I will never visit this place again. This is the 3rd time that I have gave this business a chance, no more! My boyfriend and I was regular customers there and more so him then me. I just had my 45th Birthday celebration there back in April and spend over $600.00 on there Vip section, but just this pass Saturday my boyfriend was there by himself and he was sitting where he always sit at and when the crowd started coming, Moe ask my boyfriend to get up from the section that he was sitting in, which he was there first and was sitting there for at least two hours before other customers begin to arrive. He asked him to move to accommodate some Indian people because they had 6 people with them, so he told him that he needed that space and that since he is 1 person then he needed to move him to the bar, which was in a very uncomfortable space because the bar was packed, to where Moe had to put his hookah on the floor. This was not right and that's not how a person suppose to conduct business. That space wasn't reserved plus he was a regular customer and he was there first and had been and sat in that same section each time he had came there, and for him to make him move to seat his Indian family or the owners Indian family was absolutely wrong. Especially when this place has been packed before and my boyfriend has always sat in that section and he never ever made him move. Even the waitress was upset about what he had done, but she couldn't say nothing because she didn't want to lose her job. And i contacted him on Saturday about this and he read the message but never responded back. Again very distasteful and unprofessional as a business owner. I will never visit there again. This is the same as a white business owner telling a black person to get up out of the seat that they are already sitting in to accommodate another white person because of the color of there ethic or skin...

I hope the owner see this. I will never come step foot back in this place again. I paid 10.00 to get into this place, once we went in there was no one at the counter for us to be seated, finally the person came up and asked me how many was it, I told her two and she tells me that it will be a wait and that she don't know how long the wait will be. They are getting over on people charging people 10.00 and knowing that they don't have anymore room to seat people and they know that if customers are already there having a good time that more then likely you won't never get a seat, which thats what happened. I literally paid 10.00 just to walk in this place and never got seated they never even gave us a menu to even show us the prices for the hookah. We waited for over 45mins and we ended up leaving. So basically they just got 20.00 out of us between me and my friend. And they kept letting people in knowing that they had no room. This is absolutely wrong, as a business owner if you know that you are full to capacity then you should announce that and the customers know that they are full but its 10.00 to get in and you don't know how long the wait will be. Let them make that decision on whether they still want to come in are not. They are setting there business up for failure and this is a very dangerous game that they are playing trying to get over and take peoples money. Everyone that came in after us paid and they ended up leaving as well because of the wait and no one was getting up. I will be disputing this charge. And I never ever paid to get into a hookah bar. Doordashed for someone here. The service is terrible. Came in and it was kinda late maybe 9PM close to 10PM, but for their hours that is not late at all... I came in waited 5-10 minutes and no one helped me. There was a sign that said ring the bell but no bell. The lobby was empty and extremely dark. Ok maybe that's the vibe and it was a Thursday so I get that its not busy. After that 5-10 minutes a couple comes in behind me and we wait an extra 5 minutes with no help. I walk further in the store and I see a lady falling asleep on the couch. I assumed it was a customer. We wait an extra 5 minutes! Still no help! It's ridiculous at this point. I decided to call the store and see if anyone in the back would hear it and answer. Low and behold the lady gets up and answers it so I hang up immediately and hope she sees us. Nah she was about to go back and sit down before I told her about my doordash. Absolutely terrible service and looking at other reviews it matches. I felt terrible for the customers behind me who were dining in.

The hours have to change or something too. The service was terrible but I can sympathize with her a little. Theres no way on weekdays you get much service to be open thru 1:30 AM. I would be tired and annoyed too if my boss was keeping me that late for...
