I’ve since updated my review, as they’ve definitely improved a lot! This location is my go-to! Keep in mind there’s always students coming here, so you may want to plan ahead a little just in case. I usually order around the same time when I get to come to this location, so I know what to expect.
Today was no different. I’m not a regular enough to be recognized, but even still they’re always so nice and actually make eye contact with me! 🥹 They always say hi, and when I do order for online pickup, sometimes my order isn’t ready yet but they get my name and reassure me it’ll be ready. I see them do the same for others too so it’s not just me! Anyway, I definitely prefer this location over others around me. Tonight in particular was so nice because I made a mistake and accidentally ordered from the wrong location 🥲 the manager himself was the one helping me with my order and was able to help me see that on the app. I decided to order again in person anyway since I didn’t have time to go to the location, and he was so nice to help me out! I told him how I prefer this location and he kindly explained that they do try their best. And I see that! So thank you, friends at Chipotle!!! Thanks for not making me feel dumb about that 😭😂🥹
And to everyone, please remember to treat your service workers kindly, especially during this upcoming holiday season! 🦃🎄They work very hard and if they miss a thing or two, kindly let them know without having an attitude, and they’ll be happy to help! 👍Give yourself extra time for your orders in high-volume locations that serve students, because it’s hard work getting the best quality out to everyone when they’re full and...
Read moreI placed a dinner order tonight in the interest of saving time while also having a meal to enjoy. What a disappointment!! Whoever made the order definitely took short cuts and didn’t read what I asked to be in my bowl. I was missing half my order. There was no chicken, no corn salsa, but they did decide to randomly add sour cream. This is where it took a turn for the worse. When I tried to call the restaurant, all I got was some automated answering voice that wouldn’t patch me through to the restaurant until much yelling on my part. It just kept trying to take an order. When I was FINALLY put through the restaurant the phone just rang and rang until a voice mailbox came on asking for an access code and THEN it just hung up! So this meal that was supposed to be quick and easy turned into a huge unnecessary ordeal because now we have to go back to the restaurant and complain in person and get our order redone. I work in customer service and this is just the worse type I’ve come across! When a service is being provided you have to be able to reach someone and that was most certainly not the case here. Not only do the employees need to pay MORE ATTENTION TO DETAIL, but Chipotle also has to have a better way of resolving these conflicts in a timely manner. Their only suggestion by this automated voice was to click a link in the confirmation email of the order. I’m hungry NOW! How long do they expect customers to wait for a resolution?! I’m terribly disappointed. I’ve been a loyal customer for 15 years but this whole experience has certainly made me very reluctant of even giving them another chance...
Read moreI came to this chipotle on July 24, 2025 and ordered a steak bowl and a side tortilla making my total $12.69. When I got home I put more than half my bowl into the tortilla to make a burrito because they’re known for making their bowl portions bigger, just to wrap my burrito and see that it is covered in spots of mold. When I went back to get a refund (used a gift card) I explained to the nice lady at the cash register (Brittany I think) my issue and that I had pictures and a receipt to show my order from 40 minutes ago and she had a look of horror on her face realizing how noticeable the mold was. She spoke with a middle aged indian woman i’m assuming is the manager and the manager didn’t even bat an eye at the fact she’s serving a lunch rush of people with moldy tortillas. The manager then comes up to me and says “we don’t do refunds over $10” and I explained to her that 3/4 of my order had to be thrown out because of the mold and that’s when she asked to see pictures. Once I showed her the pictures of the mold she told the cashier to refund me for the bowl as well. My refund was $10.82 in cash which is less then what I paid for my meal. I’m not angry that they didn’t give me my other $2 but the fact the manager had such little care for contaminated spoiled food being served to dozens of people and seemed bothered by me asking for a refund because of MOLD is crazy. Chipotle definitely needs to rethink who they have in charge of a place that is centered around interactions...
