Starbucks — Restaurant in Bridgewater Township

Mobile order the same order everyday and pick up that same time for myself and my boss. for the last 2 months. We’ve had some off days and drinks aren’t always the best but most of the time they’re amazing and that’s why we continue to use this Starbucks. idk who was working at 3:30 pm today, I had never seen this employee before but when I picked up my coffee with heavy cream it was clear that the heavy cream had not mixed, was spoiled and chunky, very chunky. asked the employee to remake. He did. Without question. When handed the new one I immediately noticed the same issue. When I handed it back and asked him to remake it he responded “that’s heavy cream it always does that, I’ll show the bottle, if you want I’ll make it with half and half.” Here’s the thing I understand the Starbucks is filled with brutal customers with unrealistic high expectations. I understand that heavy cream is thicker than water. I understand that heavy cream does not have chunks in it. I’m also sure the expiration date was up to code, but their cooling system is not the best. I did receive a third drink, watered down and flavorless. Definitely not work the $5 I spent on it. And definitely not as good as thwy’ve Made every other day it’s been ordered at the same establishment. I also didn’t deserve that much of an attitude when I asked for a drink without milk chunks, especially with the hand made sign above me that says “if you aren’t satisfied with your drink we will remake it”

This is very beautiful Starbucks. 1st time here. GPS suggested this location as on my way and I'm happy I decided to stop by. In fact I just wanted to take out, but decided to stay and drink my latte inside. Customer service was great, very polite barisats took care of me. I liked the openness of the coffee shop, Walls of glass/ windows. Plenty of tables outside. The whole area is very clean and inviting, looks like a mini town inside a town. The only thing I really disliked about this Starbucks is their bathroom. It was really bad. 1st of all the bathroom was old and not as modern looking as the store, but I can live with old as long it's clean. The toilet... I don't even want to think what was outside of it and inside 🥴🤢 I get that customers do those kind of nasty jobs in there (I believe they had separate bathroom for employees), but employees need to check and keep it clean. I was there around 9 am, and that thing on and in the toilet looked old... That bathroom is the reason I reduced a star. If it was clean I would have given more than 5. Parking is not next to the Starbucks, but across the front in front of it next to Chipotle. There are parking on the back side as well, I didn't go there, just saw it. Some walking...

Very busy day, and I am not super impatient, but rude is rude. I ordered ahead, waited 15 minutes, then asked if one of the drinks waiting at the mobile area was for me. Loud and obnoxious person (she was the manager) started off on a long rant about how busy they were and it was Christmas and after she finished what she was doing she would be glad to "answer all your questions." On and on. She finally walked away, and I asked someone else, and lo and behold, yes indeed, one of the drinks that had been sitting there for at least five minutes was mine - and several for others. She was much to important, busy and loud to bother giving drinks out. I asked one of the others if the loud, rude person was the manager and they say "oh yes!!" If it is busy, fine, but when no need to be rude, and for pete's sake, hand out the darn drinks within 10 minutes of...
