Yesterday, I came to pick up an order of 5–6 drinks with my friend around 12:30 PM. I don’t know the name of the staff member who helped us, but her attitude was really unpleasant—and this isn’t the first time. I’ve ordered from this store several times, but I’ve never been satisfied with her service. First of all, she gave us a look as if to say, "Why are you here?" Second, I’m not even sure if she wanted to do her job. The drinks didn’t taste good, and half of our group ended up throwing them away, even though they were only half finished. It felt like she was just ignoring everything going on in the store. This has happened multiple times already. I really want to support your business, but her attitude is disappointing.
