We originally visited a jeweler closer to our home, but the selection there just didn’t feel right. At Roman, however, we were immediately captivated by their extensive collection of engagement rings and wedding bands. I still remember being directed to the engagement ring case and feeling overwhelmed with emotion as I fell in love with one particular ring, it was truly love at first sight.

What made our experience truly unforgettable were Lucy and Gregg, who guided us through the customization process with such patience, creativity, and care. They took the time to keep me updated every step of the way, sharing their latest ideas via text and working with us to design a custom wedding band that was exactly what I had envisioned. Since I found it hard to imagine how the designs would look in real life, they even created CAD models that I could try on in person, which was incredibly helpful.

Lucy and Gregg’s dedication made us feel like they were more than jewelers—they became an essential part of our wedding journey. What an absolutely amazing experience working with Jen at Roman Jewelers!! My now husband purchased my engagement ring back in February like the last minute Charlie that he is in hopes that it would be ready prior to our Irish vacation, thankfully he had such a great experience with Jen picking out my ring and was even kind enough to keep him posted of all the updates, along with rushing the ring. It was ready two days before we left 🙌🏼 Upon getting engaged we always discussed not wanting the traditional or super expensive wedding, so decided on having an engagement party/suprise wedding. There was no question that we would order our wedding bands from Jen. She was extraordinarily helpful assuring me of my decisions and really made me feel so special and excited!!
