Frattellos is a very nostalgic place for me. I used to come here on the weekends with my younger brother and mom every Sunday to dine in. To name some all time favorite dishes of mine, I really enjoyed their minestrone soup, spaghetti, and Margherita pizza. Every dish is flavorful, cooked to perfection, and served in a matter of minutes. Finally, their staff is truly the best and nicest I have ever met. One Sunday, the man working the counter offered my brother and I free bread buns, our favorite appetizer. While this was a while ago, I remember it as a dear act of kindness. After I ordered, the owner walks to me and tells me to sit outside because too many people can be in the restaurant EXCEPT there was only one other person (another race) besides me standing there. I told the owner I will not sit outside, I've already paid for my food and will wait here. He rolled his eyes at me and walked off. I'm AFRICAN AMERICAN he's white. 2 more white people walked in and he said nothing to them. If I didnt pay electronically I would have politely asked for my money and left....
