Came home after an exhausting day at work so I decided to grab some wendys for me and the kids. Got to the drive thru, I ordered 3 biggie bags, 6 piece nugget with ghost pepper sauce and a number 9 which is the ghost pepper crispy chicken sandwich meal. My order was 29 dollars. Pulled up to the window used the tap payment method. DIDN'T RECEIVED A RECEIPT!!! Pulled up to the gate and waited patiently for my order because the nuggets weren't ready. Received my food and drove off. Something told me to pull over and double check the bags. I was missing a 4 piece nugget and the 6 piece nugget that I ordered. So when I drove back around to the drive thru the manager, asked to take my order and I explained to her that I was missing a 4 and 6 piece nugget. She asked me what did I order and when I responded IMMEDIATELY the worker who took my order the first time said in a high tone that I didn't order what I said I ordered. And that upset me because I know exactly what I ordered. SHE wasn't listening and she was rushing me. So I'm defending myself through the speaker and the manager yells at me telling me that she's trying to listen to her employee instead of me, the customer...lol WHAT HAPPENED TO THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT 🤷🏽♀️ Anyway come to find out THEY DIDNT CHARGE ME FOR THE 6 PIECE NUGGET THAT I ASKED FOR....SO that's more money out of pocket because they were too busy trying to rush. And the manager and employee tag teamed me when they were in the wrong in the very first place for forgetting parts of my order. NO APOLOGY BY THE WAY...SMH So I pulled up to the window Received the 4 piece that They forgot and PAID for the 6 piece that they also forgot to charge me for. ONCE AGAIN NO RECEIPT WAS GIVEN FOR THAT ORDER EITHER..... I'm not saying that manager should be fired for yelling at me but her boss should definitely bring her into the office and refresh her on her duties and responsibilities as a manger of wendys. Read moreThis was a disgusting eating experience to say the least. First of all my food had way too much sauce put onto it. It is blatantly clear how the seventh deadly sin of sloth has taken over this establishment. In the background of the takeout window, my partner and I noticed more than three roaches crawling on the register. When this disgusting issue was addressed our server told us to “buzz off” and didn’t give us our money back. When threatening to call the police about the matter, the fast food attendant started bursting into tears begging us to not take any further action and that he was on patrol in which the Wendy’s administration was unaware of. He gave us food and I saw him put some money into the bag (assuming it was our change) but when counting that money the money added up to no where near the change I expected and deserved. Hopefully something can be done about this. Maybe not to me personally but to the good Americans who unfortunately find themselves...
Read moreFrequent this wendys 2 to 3 times a month. Usually never any issues. But the last 3 times there have been mistakes. First order was missing 2 sandwichs, 2nd time there was no napkins, spoon for frosty, and the missing cheese sauce that was ordered and paid for. The 3rd time.....ordered a saucesome bacon burger combo and received a regular classic single. 3 strikes your out Wendy's. And that's disappointing becuase after I work a 10 hour shift at my restaurant Wendy's is sometimes the best thing out there for a cheap quick bite. All these orders were places through drive-thru.
