3 stars. I know the staff are doing their best with what staffing they have, and I typically avoid writing about minuscule things. However, this has been happening the past month. I love their biscuits. Typically they’re fresh and soft. But this past month, they’ve forgotten the cheese on the sausage, egg, and cheese biscuits, and steak, egg, and cheese bagel. The cheese is included in the price, and yet I get no cheese almost this past month. I just went through not even 15 minutes ago, and no cheese on my single order of sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit. The gentleman who took my order, told me first window. The past three times I’ve arrived at the first window, I’ve been waved up, with the staff seemingly annoyed at me, for not pulling up to the second window. The employee this time, signaled me to the second window, and she apologized for the wrong directions given by her associate. I come to this McDonald’s, not because it’s the only McDonald’s, but because the employees are typically really nice and spot on with my order. But again, this past month has been far from that. Read moreThe food was good enough. I hate to complain but what absolutely stunned me was the response of the gal at the window when I checked our bags and we were missing one double cheeseburger. I quickly spoke up that we were missing one Burger she asked the other gal and working with her and replied that they put two burgers in the bag. Then she closed the window. I thought maybe they were getting another burger and then she opened up the window and I restated that we were missing a burger. She asked to see the receipt as we checked all the bags again and we were still missing the burger. She stated that the other girl said that the burger was there and that was that. At that point I was ready to pass all the food back and demand a refund so I sternly told her that we were missing the one burger. She acted all put out in a few minutes later produced another Burger. Know if they got confused on the order because we had two 10 piece chicken nuggets three individual fries and three individual drinks and a couple of double cheeseburgers. She obviously felt like we were lying and maybe other people pull this missing food the trick on them. Next time I'm in Brigham I definitely won't stop...
Read moreI'm not a regular customer. I have made 5 visits to McDonald's during the holidays since I had grandchildren visiting. Every visit the order which was pretty simple. Not complex. Two happy meals. 1., A 6 piece chicken nuggets c honey mustard sauce. Some slices. Chocolate milk. 2. A cheeseburger ketchup only, apple slices, chocolate milk. Every single visit, the order was not correct. 3 times, they forgot the honey mustard sauce. I told them not to forget the sauce. They apologized and said they'd make sure it was there. No sauce. Of course by the time I find out, I'm miles away. 4 of the 5 visits have been in the Brigham city store. 1 was in Logan. In Logan, they remembered the sauce, forgot the apple slices and the toy. Our final trip to the Brigham store they remembered the sauce, and forgot to put in a toy for one of the kids. I'm done. I understand being busy, and Christmas excitement or 2020 covid anxiety. But seriously? You should be able to get this right. Nothing else was ordered with these orders. . I'm not going to be returning, at least no time soon. I'm sure I can find somewhere the kids and I can both enjoy, that will value...
