Taco Bell — Restaurant in Brighton

This place is horrible! I went on Friday 5/25 for a super late night dinner after work. Once I pulled up to the drivethrew the employee happily came over the speaker and told me to go away! After that I sat for a minute thinking he possibly hit the wrong button and was talking to a co worker, until he kept pressing the button laughing. After about 2 min I drove to the window to speak with a manager. As I pulled up the kid with the headset was at the window looked at me laughed and walked away. After about another 3 min of sitting there the manager noticed I was sitting there. She then rudely opened the window and shouted were closed! No mind you there website shows they are open until 2am and this was at 1:10am. I told the manager that was fine but there was no need to an employee to tell me to go away and then laugh at me when I pull up! Her response........ well my crew is all new. Guess what lady I dont care! Common sense that i thought most people have.... you dont tell a PAYING CUSTOMER to go away! Advise them your closed and sorry for the inconvenience. And not to mention all the other HORRIBLE times I've been there from horrible customer service to a simple order of 3 items being messed up. I would give zero stars if I could. The line was out to the street (cars on street waiting in line, actually) and customers finally arrived to find a sign at the drive thru that stated the location was sold out of Mexican Pizza’s. That’s great and all but perhaps you should put the sign where customers can see this and can leave so they don’t have to sit in a line they can’t get out of out for over 30 minutes. The female that was taking orders seemed surprised at this suggestion when we explained we didn’t want anything but suggested moving the sign so people weren’t stuck in a line that went down the street. This was 30 minutes ago. We are still sitting in the drive thru trying to leave. That’s AFTER sitting in line a good 20 minutes prior to being able to see the sign that’s posted where it’s impossible to get out of the line. And of course there’s not enough room for 2 vehicles in the drive thru…This is absolutely the worst Taco Bell in Brighton. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere unless you want to waste an hour of your life. I am not one to degrade others but seriously, the intelligence of the staff working there today is...

What happened to Taco Bell. It’s been a long time since I had any, and a crunch wrap supreme sounded perfect. I got that, a chesy steak thing and a classic stacker. I kid you not when I say for $12.67 I received 4 tablespoons of food and 3 xxl tortillas. The crunch wrap had literally 1 single 1/4” by 1/4” tomato dice 4 shreds of lettuce, 1tsp of cream, 1tsp of meat, and 1tbs of cheese sauce. 3/4th of the wrap was dry with no fillings. Iv had thicker pancakes at a French restaurant than this thing. Crunch wrap? More like goo wrap. Ew! The steak cheesy thing had about 2 tbs of ingredients 1.5 of which were cheese and sauce. By the time I got to the stacker I was so disappointed I pulled into the Mexican place up the street and bought a 3lb burrito for $11 and tossed the Taco Bell. What the heck. Go to any one of the other drive through Mexican places before you go here so you actually get some food. I would have gotten more nutritional value from a king size snickers than this crap. I won’t be back.
