Just sports and good food ... no politics. Highlights: THE FOOD: Great food options. Chunks of grilled chicken in the philly sub, sitting beside the best coleslaw. The sandwiche was wrapped in tinfoil so easily rewrapped to go. THE PRICE: I got a large philly sub, coastlaw, and mellow yellow drink for under $17. I think that's a good price ... I have paid more at a drive thru fast food restaurant for the same amount of food. THE CONVENIENCE: They provide a place where you can put an [x] beside the tip you want, and they do the math for you. There is an ATM, but it costs to use it, so I wouldn't recommend using it. THE PARKING: Plenty of parking and lighting. SEATING OPTIONS: High top tables, booths, and outside seating as well as an event room. Every seat has a clear view of a large screen, so there are plenty of sporting events or sporting commentators to see. ENTERTAINMENT: There seem to be some low-key gambling options.

The Philly rueben sandwich and fries were not what I expected. The fries were stale tasting, and the rueben was tough in spots. The place was covered in Televisions, which is understandable for a sports bar. Had basically in my face at the booth I was in. The waitress was promptly with her service but not sure prices were justified for what was served. The pop probably came out of the gun at the bar that you get your adult drinks from. It tasted off. Unless I missed it on the menu, I didn't see a steak on it.

Sometimes it's hard to judge a restaurant by one visit but a bad experience on your first visit can definitely make you never want to go back. The bones in my pulled pork dish is a good example of this. Tiny pieces of shaved bone turned me off to this location. When I located a piece a one inch long shaped liked a sharks tooth I was done. Even the "side" of Cole slaw was a joke right? A tablespoon is not a side dish! Service was good but none of us enjoyed our meal.

Went there on Saturday before the dinner rush(around 3:45). It was pretty busy when we arrived. We got sat immediately and got our drinks and appetizer in a timely manner. The loaded nachos were not as good as they are at the other basements. The meat was not seasoned- they just threw some ground beef on there. There were a couple green chilis in place of jalapeños I guess? Of course we did understand they just opened as the basement a week ago so we didn’t say anything just carried on waiting for our main food. We were there to celebrate a birthday. Never once did our waitress check on us without having to be called over. Asked for refills (this is 45 min into waiting on our food) and we never received them. We had to ask about how much longer for our food, she originally said that there were five tickets ahead of ours and said the bar is really busy? Idk what that even meant. Then 15 min passed by and we stated if they haven’t started our food to just cancel it. The waitress came back and said that she confirmed she did put our order in she just checked in the kitchen. Right as she said that the table across from us who showed up 20 minutes (had a party of 5 and we had less) after us was getting their main entrees and had already had about 3 rounds of drinks and their appetizers(we had the same waitress). We waited a little over an hour and didn’t get any apology or any updates with our order without asking for it and still never got our food we just walked out. She clearly didn’t place our order in and was just trying to cover herself. Horrible service. Maybe in a few weeks they will get...

This place used to be good... Recently though its like they have given up on trying to improve and are content where they are at. The older gentlman andy does not belong working with the public anymore hisgood years are behind him. Rest of staff is amazing and lively and especially comadaring to all people. But today i had the worst experience at a food establishment ever. I was treated as is i wasnt another human being. First after i had been seated and ordered i was told if i was their to talk to staff then i need to leave but if im buying things i can do whatever which is understandable but the way i was appoarched with the tone and attuide used it was like i was being accused or even a punching bag for his bad day of emtions i tried to polietly ask "sir did i do anything wrong" to try to understand and all i got was agrunt and him rolling eyes and walking away. Which is whatever i cancled my order as for loss of apitate at that point and left. When outside i noticed my phone had died so i went next door to dollar general their i got a charger o cam back to the outside where i started to try different outlets in attempt to call my ride. But i was soonly greeted by a customer and friend of andy at beef o bradys offering me 10 dollars to leave the area because i make them uncomfortable. Which is not okay to treat any human that way as if i was a nusience to them or a threat to the public it really was sad to hear i was already sitting in cold waiting on a ride still it wasnt enough i was told to leave off my apperence. I will never be spending another dollar here and...

We (a party of 3, 2 of us in our 60s and one in her late 70s) arrived on a Thursday evening around 6:15 and were told by the hostess that it would be 10-15 minutes. No big deal...but there were 3 empty tables next to the the hostess stand. We asked about them and were told that they were reserved in case a large party came in. My friend in her 70s ask to sit because she has a broken back right now. The girl was nice enough to get her a chair. After about 15 minutes, the hostess sat us in one of the tables reserved for large parties. It took some time to be waited on but Monica arrived and was very pleasant and took our beverage order. When she brought them, we ordered our meals. It took over half an hour to get our food and meanwhile the line of people waiting to be seated grew but the table "reserved" for large parties (which would only seat about 6) continued to sit empty. When our food finally arrived, you could tell that the food had been sitting for some time. The burgers were not hot and the French fries were cold, but we knew better than to say anything, not knowing how much longer it would take to get fresh, hot food. We asked for our checks which took longer than normal to get and found a "transaction charge" of 2.5% added to the bill in a way that it was then taxed as part of the total...just in case you chose to use a credit card. I must say that this was the first and the LAST time we go to the basement. We could have been served faster and received hot food at almost any other restaurant. Sorry Basement, I wish Beef O'Brady's was...
