Smoothie King — Restaurant in Bristol Township

Waited for a while to get to the drive up menu but the car in front is sat there talking with the staff for a good solid 35 minutes. Believed he ordered 4 extremely unique smoothies…. Shortly after, we almost made it to the window but the guy in front of us was going back n forth with staff and his smoothies were so complicated to make, we sat there for another 30 minutes. Mind u, while waiting, the staff were making the smoothies for everyone else in line but sitting them on the drive through window. That was 30 minutes ago. Finally made it to the window and the staff tried to give us smoothies that were obviously melting as they were soupy, no longer frozen. I ask for new drinks and he had the audacity to tell me there is nothing wrong with them and tried to give them to me. I told him I watched our order be placed aT the window 30 minutes ago and then he said “do you want them or not” with a tone I did not appreciate considering how long we sat in line waiting. I said, no, then I drive away. After we pulled out, other customers started to do the same.

Cannot believe we waited in line for over an hour…

Customers wanting to order something bizarre and time consuming to make, should go inside. The staff should have asked to to pull off to the side so they could bring the drinks out to him without causing any further unnecessary delays with other customers.

But to talk to me with a tone as if, I am a problem and I am now making smoothie king inconvenience is not acceptable. To make me feel like a Third class citizen is not going to fly in our area. Smoothie king made it very obvious that customers really should go to Culver’s for their drinks. So we did. We took your advice and we went to an establishment treating us with respect and appreciation.

First I wanna say that the smoothies are the best I've tasted and I would recommend it to everyone. As I sipped on it on the way home I said to myself this is the best movie that I have ever tasted and now I know what I'm getting every time I go to smoothie King. That being said I'm giving this five stars not only on how good it tasted but the service is well because AS SOON AS I got home, with my luck the form cup spilled out of the bottom and I wasted my ENTIRE smoothie. Nevertheless I call the store to tell them what happened. The manager was very professional and caring, she offered to replace it when I came back. I expected nothing but attitude like other restaurants and other managers that hate they're jobs but she stayed calm and helped out a customer. I hope this place stays open for a while and I'm nothing but grateful for...

I was never really interested in smoothies before because I don't like bananas but my daughter got me hooked on Smoothie King in Yorkville Illinois. She introduced me to Pineapple Surf which is really yummy, no bananas. Then she introduced me to lemon, ginger spinach smoothie, and you guessed no bananas. I think my favorite is the lemon ginger spinach because I get spinach in every swallow, so I think it's good for me. I did try the strawberry pineapple metabolism boost which I thought was good but it had a powdery after taste so I went back to my spinach smoothie. I'll get brave and try another one soon but if you haven't tried them please do they are good! P.s. there is usually a line so be patient and the staff...
