Wings Etc. — Restaurant in Bristol Township

If I could give this place 0 stars I would!! My family and I came in tonight around 5:30 PM to TRY and have a nice dinner out. We walk in to a quiet restaurant.... bar side was completely empty and there are maybe 4 tables max being occupied in the dinner section. We wait a while before the bartender comes over to get our drink order, and ONLY drink order because she was very rude when she told me she was just there to get my drink order not food.... mind you she had not one table and not one guest at the bar. fine. Whatever. I get my margarita and I wish I would have taken pictures... it was supposed to be a frozen strawberry margarita yet it was the lightest shade of pink and tasted like sweet n sour mix. Now I understand not everybody can make a margarita but she is a bartender.... and it is one of your specials on certain nights....so our server finally comes over we order our buff. Chicken nachos and gasp!!! Guess what!!?!? It is a pile of tortilla chips with chicken tender breading and lettuce. The whole time this is happening there is a guy running food and really just pacing back and forth because it was slow, and not once looking over or acknowledging any of this is going on well sure enough that gentleman was the manager of your establishment. So he finally comes over and he says I hear you have some complaints?? Umm I sent back my margarita because not only does it clearly look awful it also tastes awful and look at these nachos there is nothing on them. So no I wouldn't say I am complaining just stating the obvious. He has the audacity to next ask me what I wanted him to do. And when I said I mean take them off the bill and take these back or what are my options, he huffed and rolled his eyes and said yeah fine. Our server ended up apologizing for his behavior and our ruined dinner. I have worked in the industry. I try my hardest to not be THAT typical difficult customer that servers dispise. I KNOW tonight could have been completely prevented if your bartender wasn't so rude and your manager acted like a manager and not the food runner. My family does not go out to eat often with two small children right now. And tonight was a night when we tried to make that happen and that was ruined for us at your restaurant. I ended up taking our food (a burger, the only thing that came out right) to go, and as we walked out your joke of a manager grumbled thank you have a good night. Like what?!?! You just ruined our dinner and did nothing to make it better so my night will only be better because I get to leave your establishment. We will NEVER be back and I will NEVER have a good thing to say about this place when someone asks me for recommendations. You all lost...

Came here for the second time after they opened a couple years ago and was reminded why we haven’t been back since. Came on a Wednesday night (kids eat free night, which I confirmed with the waitress before we ordered) and the place was a ghost town. Started with the pretzels, which were disappointing. They were clearly deep fried and didn’t have much flavor outside of the old oil taste. Kids got chicken tenders and boneless wings (both kids meals). My wife and I shared a 16 count of boneless wings and a basket of curly fries. Nobody liked the chicken... it was worse than buying frozen chicken at the grocery store and cooking ourselves. The check came and the kids meals weren’t removed. I asked the waitress and she removed one meal. I asked why and was told it was their policy to only take off one meal per entree. This wasn’t specified anywhere and I was surprised since we ordered a 16 count instead of a 7 count of wings (also - recall I confirmed kids eat free before ordering and wasn’t told anything about this unwritten policy). Long story short, the mediocre food combined with poor customer service and I don’t have to worry about...

I love the food. Always great flavor. The only problem is when you order something besides a sandwich, you don't know what you'll get when measuring temperatures. In the past I ordered shrimp with our large group and it was cold. By the time I got it replaced, everybody else was finished. Today I ordered tots appetizer and a grilled chicken salad. Today we had to ask to get our drinks refilled. Sat empty for several minutes, asked another server for help. They cooked the tots as an appetizer, but delivered with meal after setting on counter long enough to get cold. Had to send back for hot tots. The grilled chicken was also cold. The server went to get warm grilled chicken, but never came back with my chicken. Our Philly steak sandwich must have come from the bottom of the pan. It was dry and scorched. Server 2 stars, and flavor 5 stars, kitchen really about 1 star. I think they start cooking everything at same time, but then let it set out while they make the sandwiches.
