I have been bouncing around from gym to gym for the past couple of years looking for classes on a consistent basis. I couldn't find anything until a coworker welcomed me to this gym!
This gym is EXACTLY what I have been looking for. Workouts are posted ahead of time, there is plenty of clean and ready to use equipment, all members have been welcoming to new members, and trainers are very kind and do a wonderful job showing how each move is done while also walking around and providing feedback to members on their form.
Don't let the word CrossFit scare you! The trainers provide a wide array of modified workouts, and you are able to move at your own pace with whatever weight you feel comfortable with.
The best part of all of this? You walk away with a KILLER workout! Each time I have worked out since starting, I have burned anywhere from 250-400 calories. Each workout usually consists of a weight lifting and cardio combo. I have only been going for a couple of weeks, and I can already tell that I am getting stronger.

Read moreCrossfit sounds intimidating however this gym does a wonderful job with anyone at ANY level. They will help you modify if needed but still push you to do your best and encourage you to try new things. You will be surprised at what you can do!!! You just have to show up.....
Update 5/20/24: What I said in my initial review remains true today. I've been at this gym for 5 years now, and still making progress. I've now lost over 100lbs and have even gained muscle. My two kids, ages 13 & 17, attend classes with me when able during the school year and a lot during the summer. We all love the environment here as well as the coaches and other athletes.
