Wingstop — Restaurant in Bristol Township

I waited to leave this review to give an enough time for someone from the corporate team that deals with customers complaints to follow up with me. So I patronized the Montgomery, il location in be night over a month ago for dinner. I spent well over $50 for the meal that I ordered, upon me getting home and removing my items from the bag I immediately noticed that part of my order was not in the bag. I proceeded to contact the store and explain my concern. Had it not been for me getting home and comfortable I would’ve went back the same night as the cashier asked me to do. However, I was extremely tired so I asked if I could return another day in which she said yes. She stated she would pull my receipt and leave a note aside for when I come in they know what to do. I went in the very next night to be treated with the worst possible treatment by the store manager. He basically told the cashier onsite to tell me there was nothing they could do for me without even listening to the situation. I then called their complaint line to file a complaint and I have not received anything be call back nor resolution to my issue. I will never order from this establishment again. Poor service, food quality and incompetent staff pretty much sums it up for this wing stop. My order was under cooked and soggy. Their "new"sauce was awful. I asked for a simple remake to solve the issue and the very rude teenager refused to make the order. I then asked for a refund, which he doesn't know how to do either. Shocker. The "manager" was out. Had to call her on my cell to get a refund which is still pending. I'm not too hopeful to see that 10 bucks again. All the while the other teenagers are standing around, chatting and getting drinks from the fountain. It's like a high-school cafeteria in there. I highly do NOT reccommended. Read the other very similar experiences by others and don't support this business. I would rather drive farther to a better wing stop than to get frustrated with kids working in a place with no manners, no basic customer service skills and hardly even knowing how to simply fry...

Wingstop never disappoints! From the moment I walked in, the place smelled amazing — that perfect mix of savory wings and bold seasonings.
