I normally don't write reviews on google cuz like I don't care enough to most of the time, This gotta be one of my favorite spots to frequent in Bristol. in a town full of coffee they literally never mess up or miss to the point where I can just tell them "You choose what I have" and I will find a completely new item that is great I also really like the AJ rush option, as someone who isn't a HUUGE coffee fan that is a very refreshing substitute and is always good regardless what flavors they decide to go with. they have like 10x the flavors for their coffee and bigger sizes than dunkin and starbucks yet is like a fraction of the price which feels like highway robbery. oh also- THE STAFF HERE RULES. as someone who has worked at coffee shops before its almost alien to see a staff as happy as they are working there its insane. they literally have never messed up a order, are super generous and overall deserve a ton of praise. the one complaint I have isn't necessary their fault its just the unfortunate scenario they were handed where they can't have a indoor dining area to order from and chill in. the benefit tho is the super fast wait for drinks, almost never waiting around for my drink here its amazing and impressive seeing as they never seem to have a huge staff on board for how fast they push them drinks out. absolutely worth stopping by especially if your driving by. (and sorry for the long review, if you managed to read all of...
Read moreI come here at least once a week with my pup. They have friendly staff and great menu choices. I use to be a Dunkin customer but aroma joes has stolen both and is my heart and my puppies. They are always polite to ask if the pups are okay with a pup cup (little cup of whip cream) and sometimes if there is no line they are more than happy to feed them the pup cup. The coffee has always been good. I normally get the hash browns (5 pieces little larger than Dunkinâs) and a 16oz iced coffee with 2 shots of flavor. This came out to $6.33 which I feel is reasonable given itâs a much smaller chain than the nationwide franchise of Dunkin or Starbucks. If I were to get Dunkin small 16oz and has browns with would be $4.40 so yes $2 dollars cheaper but aroma joes quality is better to me- to the point where I (sometimes) donât even have to add a creamer to it. Go to Starbucks get a 16oz with 2 flavor shots (no hash browns) and youâre already at $4.35. So I feel itâs right in between or around the price range of Starbucks. Now if youâre thinking well Starbucks and Dunkin have rewards so does aroma joes.
Overall, they have friendly, polite, and patient staff. Good quality food (the chorizo sandwich is extremely delicious), valuable rewards program, unique flavors, and they sure love their dog...

The drive-thru line was a bit long, but nothing more than I expected for a Sunday morning. I am amazed that we ordered at a window with an employee present, rather than a speaker/microphone, not something I see often in CT. We did look up the menu online before we reached the window so we could have an understanding of what we wanted to order. While ordering, the employees were kind and patient. Prices are comparable to Dunkin and Starbucks. It was a short wait for them to cook our food and we were quickly on the road again.
The Iced Chai Latte with Oatmilk was made to perfection and the AJ's Rush, Black Jack flavor, tasted similar to Code Red, very tasty! We also got two sandwiches, the Gouda & Bacon on a Tuscan Roll (it looks a little flat in the picture, but that is because I asked for no egg) and the Ham, Egg, & Swiss on the Croissant. The Gouda was melted and paired well with the soft Tuscan Roll. The egg on the croissant was cooked well and the croissant was buttery.
I am excited about this franchise...
