Stopped in on Saturday August 24, 2024 no waiting. The place looked to be clean, except for the infestation of flies caught inside trying to get out at windows. We were at a window table. Kinda nasty if you think about it. The sever we had was really good and attentive. The food was good but you had to keep swatting flies so eating was a challenge. However we did finish. We asked the for a menu to get a desert. At that time we order a whole orange cream cake to go. Afterwards the sever brought it to table along with the bill 135.00 bill the cake along was 60.00 and 25.00 tip kinda expensive but they claim it was very good. So we left. Drove 151 miles back home. We get home later that night curious of how this cake tasted like, so we cut two pieces. Omg the first bite would just about make you gag. From the sour taste to the excessive dryness you couldn’t eat this thing. It tasted as if it was frozen, then thawed out and then cooled. The pieces went in garbage. Sunday morning we called them up complaining about how this cake tastes. The manger stated we can’t refund cake unless you bring it back. I stated bring it back that a 302 mile round trip. Sorry they is nothing we can do. Omg now I’m just pissed to think how incredibly stupid he sounded knowing, I just paid a 135.00 bill plus 25.00 tip to get treated this way. I said well if I have to drive back you need to refund the entire meal. This situation is unheard of. So I fooled this manger I hoped in car and spent Sunday returning a cake that was rotten. Upon arrival of course you know badass wasn’t there he left so the lady that refunded cake said, I can’t believe they made you drive all the way back to refund this cake. I said well he did but it’s not going to be a good review for this place. Any restaurant that conducts business like this deserves a bad review. I believe he wanted that cake back so he could slice it up and sell the pieces to other customers. I just about lay money that’s exactly what they done and served it to unexpected customers. The manger says they have an outside vendor for all the cakes and they are frozen and thawed and placed in cooler just as I expected. Yeah we knew that when we seen a woman get out if her car with pies cover with aluminum foil over them that was the outside vendor, as we passed her carrying out cake Saturday her eyes got big. This place does have some good food but after my experience makes me think 🤔 who’s food was I eating after someone refused it or returned it. The way the manger handled this and made us drive 151 miles down 151 miles back home to get refunded, just shows how scandalous they are and I’m sure we are not the only ones. I will never stop at this place again. But as of this morning I’ll handle the situation with credit card. Lastly they might need to get pest control in there and control the infestation of flies that flying around and landing on food that the customers have no ideal what has landed on there plate of food before begin served. Health department needs to visit this place. And I’ll be the one today...

EDIT: I am astounded at the treatment we received tonight. We went to celebrate my birthday. After returning a drink that had clearly expired pineapple juice, I ordered a martini. It was like tasting warm sink water. Like the glass still had cleaner on it maybe!? So I returned it and gave up on the birthday drink and stuck with water. Our wait time for food was right under a hour. And it was not a busy night. My mother wanted to buy my dinner and was given a bill with the returned martini on it. We were notified that we were only allowed to return one drink and had to pay for the other per company policy. The manager acknowledged that I did not drink either of the faulty drinks but we had to pay for one. I refused. I told him I would absolutely not pay for something that I did not drink. He told me it was their policy and he would call the police if I left without paying for it. We have eaten there regularly for years, celebrated numerous birthdays, and taken the whole family after church on Sundays. I will never return to this business. I could understand if I drank half of both and tried to return them but I didn’t drink either of them. The martini actually tasted like cleaner from the sink. And the pineapple juice was dark brown and green. UNACCEPTABLE!!! If my brother hadn’t gone against my wishes and paid, I would’ve waited for the police in the parking lot. I’m in disbelief at the lack of common sense and professionalism. One of my favorite places to eat in Bristol! Wide range of options and best place for anyone trying to eat healthier. They’re one of the only places that offer real food like grilled veggies and other non fried sides. Plus gluten free options! Their gluten free pizza and burgers are the...

Leaving a 1 star for quite a few reasons but the main two are the following: Our waiter was less than pleasant. He seemed annoyed to even be waiting on us and we had to ask for almost everything at least 2 times because he would forget what we asked for. Maybe it was an off night but it was sub-par to say the least. The food was disgusting. I ordered the salmon and it was way overcooked and the rice tasted like it wasn’t cooked. It was so hard. The Brussel sprouts were not fully cooked and the flavor was average. So I didn’t eat my food, and when telling the waiter he walked off before even letting me order something else after I was actively trying to select something different off the menu. Then he comes back and the manager was going to provide a $10 discount… for uneaten food…. Astonishing to me. After asking him to go back and try again he finally agreed to take the whole entree off but I shouldn’t have to ask for that when the food is not eaten. I ended up not ordering anything else due to taking 10 minutes to come back after removing my uneaten plate. The waiter did not apologize or seem to care. Very disappointed as we were in from out of town and told to eat here. Wouldn’t have left a bad review if it wasn’t for the...

Decided to try this place out, while in town for the Race. Once there was told 35 min wait. Not terrible since they were busy. After an hour of waiting, we asked why tables were open in an area and we are still waiting. They told us no waiter in the area anymore. At 1hr 15min we finally got seated. They are not in a hurry at all to fill their tables it seems. Disappointing.. The menu- As soon as they brought the newspapers to the table and called it a menu, I knew it was going to be a long meal. It literally took me 10 mins to get through the menu! I mean wow! I get people want variety but dang. Simple menu would be so much easier for picking out what to eat. Big turn off unfortunately. The food/drinks- I ordered a glass of wine. I received a huge glass with 1/3 wine in glass.. I ordered half supreme pizza. Was fresh but not much flavor in meat crumble or sauce. We were super excited for our 1st trip there, it was just okay unfortunately. The waiter was good, that helped get us through the meal. Not worth the 1hr 15min wait.
