I attended on Saturday, June 1st at around 7:30 PM and checked in for three games of bowling. We were told a server would come to our table for drink orders, but our table was still dirty from the previous guests and was never cleaned.
After the first five frames, I went to the bar to place our order since we hadn't been served yet, despite there only being two other parties. I was met with an attitude. I ordered a dessert and two drinks. I originally wanted the Dough Bites but was informed they were out, so I opted for the double chocolate chunk salted cookie with ice cream. Instead, I received two chocolate chip cookies without any ice cream, and the cookies were horrible.
The drinks were also disappointing. The Miller Lite draft was flat, and the mixed drink was mediocre at best. After my initial order, the waitress/bartender never came back to check on us. She spent her time sitting at the bar, playing on her phone, and chatting with the two other employees.
While the mini bowling was enjoyable, the poor service and drink quality ensure I won't...
Read moreWe went in on an early Saturday and were pleasantly impressed by their whole setup! It was super kid friendly and the bowling was great. I had my toddler (who had a blast and loved that he could pick up the balls himself) and 10 month old! We did happen to need to do a diaper change while we were there and the owner informed me there was a designated changing area on the upper level! I personally loved having a private area rather than in the presence of all who enter the restroom. I’m so excited to finally have family friendly activities in the area and to support local entrepreneurs! We will definitely be back! The staff was very friendly and attentive and the owner was very helpful throughout the hour we had the lane. The only criticism I would say, was that the arcade games did keep crashing after we’d tapped the card and it would “eat” the tokens without letting us play the game. This is obviously an internet/manufacturing flaw with the game company and not at all the fault of the business itself, just something to...
Read moreI had a very fun time with some friends here for a fair price. I'm not a great bowler, so I liked the more casual aspect of the Duckpin bowling. I'm glad that this business came to downtown Bristol. I love that there is an option now to have some drinks and enjoy the atmosphere in a place other than a standalone bar, a restaurant, or a brewery. The food was well prepared and tasted good (I ordered the pulled pork sandwich). We had some hiccups with our lane, but the staff fixed it immediately. I did not expect there to be arcade games here - I thought this was a really cool addition. It was very busy when we went, but our server stayed attentive to us, and I could tell that the entire staff was trying hard to keep up with the large amount of customers. Personally, I think adding more arcade game options and background music could make the experience better. I've had some bad experiences with new businesses, and this was not one of those. Excited to come back and see how this...
