Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Broken Arrow

Walked in to order lunch for my team (8 subs). No option to order online. As we walked in the guy behind the counter advised us "You're gonna have to wait. We just got a $1500 order and it's already been paid for." They were short staffed so we waited. No problem. Then it was my turn to order my teams requests. Each to their own different specifications. Guy taking my order stated "I just want to know what sandwiches. We will top them in a moment." Some hot, some cold. While watching them grill the cheesesteaks they did not ask if there were specifications. One wanted No peppers. One wanted Buffalo chicken with no cheese and no blue cheese dressing. Needless to say we stood in there waiting for probably 20-30 minutes and none of our sandwiches were correct. While waiting everyone in line (about 7 other people) were told all orders would be 50% off for being patient. That did not happen either. All around bad experience. Will not...

I asked for a "Big Kahuna CHICKEN cheese steak sandwich, #55". The cashier asked what I had, and told her a 55, and she asked "a 56?" I said "no, 55". She gave me the sandwich and said that it was the 55. I guess you cant expect the people working there to be the brightest, but STEAK and CHICKEN sound nothing alike, do I have my expectations too high? Am I missing something? What do I need to say to get chicken instead of steak? I paid Fifteen Dollars for the wrong sandwich of course you're getting one star. If it was right there would be 4 more filled in. Yes, If I had a Big Kahuna CHICKEN cheese steak I'd have given you a 5 star review, or if I had actually ordered a philly, cuz I like Philly's too. I'll give you another chance bit the bar is set...

I will never return to another jersey mikes location. I placed a mobile order on a Saturday and when it was my time to pick it up I was informed that they ran out of bread and that it would be 15-20 minutes. I decided to wait, as I’m waiting they’re getting blown up with more orders and more ppl growing irritable. Eventually when the bread was ready they rushed to make everyone’s sandwich to get them out, not following proper food contamination protocols. Not even the next day a few hours later I started to feel unwell and the days that followed I realized I have food poisoning!
