Starbucks — Restaurant in Broken Arrow

I usually do not nor have not ever been a coffee drinker but I have tried a few beverages at Starbucks once when I was exhausted traveling to the Dominican Republic and I was in between flights in South New Orleans but the thing is coffee has always been kind of bitter to me so between flights I decided to go ahead and try a cappuccino from Starbucks it was the only thing open at the time in the airport. My son and I were traveling to the Dominican Republic for the first time when we got laid over and he decided to get a hot chocolate and I decided to go ahead and get a white chocolate frappe. It was very good I learned later though that I could have got it as a cream base instead of coffee base when I went to the one in here in Broken Arrow. Either way both of them was very delicious and I do like frappes after all. The young lady at the Starbucks here in a very good job putting them together and she was also very friendly she was able to help me through making my order since it was like the second time for me to order ever. Not being familiar with their sizes were actually made or packaged there Starbucks for people to consume it I was kind of in a Wonderland of what I really wanted but she was able to help me figure out to the very ingredient what I would think was taste in good for me and she was right I would definitely go back in order again whether or not I'm going to be a regular customer I'm not sure yet. A great spot to grab a drink before a busy shopping trip. Starbucks drinks are always going up which is really disappointing. However, the true experience lies within the amazing customer service. The baristas at this location are far more friendlier than the standalone locations that are nearby. I am always pleased with my experience at this location! Tam and Trevor were the baristas during my last visit a few days ago and they were friendly, bright, and engaging! Trevor was welcoming and made sure to welcome in everyone as they walked in. Tam also made me the best matcha latte I’ve ever had! My only complaint is that the baristas are usually overworked with there usually being 1-2 baristas during the busier days. However, this is not their fault and I really do feel bad for them especially when only a single barista is working. I cannot imagine having to take orders, make drinks, and still maintain high customer satisfaction by myself!! So I go here about couple times a week and everyone is typically super nice but today there’s one person in particular female. I was already waiting for about 10 minutes or so we’re typically I don’t mind cause I get it. I worked in a Starbucks before I understand how things happen, but it’s just the way she had come about it, and she was just super rude slammed the screen door after handing me my drink which I didn’t say anything and then she asked if I needed a straw, I said yes and then just send the screen door in my face and just kind of felt like that was a little rude.
