These cookies taste like Crisco. We had some delivered at work and we were able to sample six different kinds. I was excited to try them but the first bite was so disappointing I had to force myself to try the other kinds. When I got done eating what was equal to one cookie I felt sick to my stomach. I think I had just eaten a whole handful of shortening. I changed this from two stars to one Star after being sick to my stomach for several hours after eating so much Crisco. Sugar cookie. Crumbl perfectly describes this very dry, falling apart cookie. This cookie had a very grainy texture and was so dry I had to drink water to help me swallow it. I wouldn't have thought it would have been so dry because when I set it down on a paper towel it immediately made a huge grease stain on it. M&M cookie. The only flavor in this cookie came from the M&M's. This cookie had the same problem as most with having an undone texture from using too much shortening in the recipe. Churro cookie. This was probably the best out of the ones I sampled but most of the flavor was in the frosting. The cookie itself had very little flavor and had a texture almost like it wasn't done. But I think the texture comes from using so much shortening in the recipes. Cornbread cookie. It had that same almost undone texture and absolutely zero flavor. Chocolate chip cookie. This cookie had a very unpleasant gooeyness. When I got done eating a couple of bites about half of what I had tried to eat was stuck all over my teeth. It's like when you eat a Wonder bread sandwich and you keep having to use your tongue to get all the bread off your teeth. That was my experience with this cookie. Also, severely lacking in flavor. Chocolate crunch. Whatever they put in their cookies to make it crunchy was sometimes chewy like an uncooked piece of oatmeal. I was really surprised at the lack of flavor considering it looks like the whole thing is made of chocolate. Sadly, I think a little Debbie Star Crunch would have more flavor. PICTURED: Sugar cookie with large grease stain on the paper towel. Hit the thumbs up below if this was helpful 👍

Came in today for 1 cookie, waited 17 mins with only a few orders ahead of us. Only one girl boxing up the orders and moved like molasses during Christmas outside. Sooo slow. Then, a customer needed help with an order on the tablet, so she pressed buttons on the screen and then took his cash payment with gloves still on. She did NOT change her gloves, just went right back to touching the cookies, icing bags, and putting her hands in the toppings bucket. I asked her to change her gloves before she made our cookie and she said yes and apologized. Another girl came to help since the line was building up (counted 11 people waiting, not counting me). She stopped to help a guy with his crumble card to which she took from him, went over to their order screen to touch some buttons and scanned his card with pic of QR code, then handed the card back to him...she also did NOT change her gloves after touching his card. She proceeded to make our pink velvet cookie by picking it up with the contaminated gloves, icing it, then putting the crumble velvet cake toppings. When she called my name, I asked her to remake it after she changed into new gloves. She changed gloves and made the cookie without the toppings (see pic below) I work in the medical field and know that basic hand hygiene can be annoying when you are super busy but still should be priority to keep your customers safe from all kinds of viruses & bacteria that are on cash, cards, and screens. Since she touched the back screen, those germs will literally spread to every customer after (since the employees touch it every time they are boxing the orders) until it is cleaned. Which, in the case, I doubt happens very often. ***Employees here need a refresher on the things they learned in their Food Handling class.*** One positive= the cookie was delicious 👍

As always, we were very pleased with our selections. We have visited 5 crumbl cookies locations now and they are all the exact same which is very nice! We opted for the chocolate chip, aggie blue mint, pumpkin roll, and caramel apple. The Aggie blue mint was cold and the others were served warm. The caramel Apple was our absolute favorite, the caramel cream cheese icing was really rich, but the caramel drizzle and green apple chunks complimented it perfect. The pumpkin roll was just like pumpkin bread with very little flavoring from the vanilla cream cheese swirl (which we had to ask them to complete the swirl, they stopped half way through lol) The blue mint always reminds me of mint chocolate chip ice cream, it's smooth and really good. The milk chocolate chip is always nice especially with a glass of cold milk! It wasn't that busy when we got there, but there was 4 people waiting on orders. Within 10 minutes everyone had left and we were leaving with our order. We will visit again when we are in the area.

Here is the short review...GO NOW...RUN...WHAT ARE YOU WAITING ON!!

We had to figure out what all the hype was and oh man...now we know! We waited in line 30-45 minutes but it was totally worth every second(more on that process below)!

We ordered the party box which is a dozen of your choice of cookies. They had 6 flavors this week so we got 2 of each and delivered half to my parents...only because we are nice . Then because we had been tempted by all the amazing smells and reviews we also got a single of the Snickerdoodle Cupcake flavor to share and eat on the drive home. oMg DeLiCiOuS...never have I ever had a cookie so dang good. It was warm, creamy, perfect, and heavenly.

For those that have never been, here is a quick little run down! First since they are so busy right now they are only allowing 2-3 groups in at a time. The line forms outside but you are in the shade so it was not bad at all. There is a staff member that waits at the door and visits with you making sure you know all the deets of the place. As you get closer to the door, you start getting wafts of the amazing goodness that is awaiting inside. Just a quick little tease that has you even more excited to get in. Once you get inside you go to the counter place your order and pay. Then you step over to the big counter and wait while they freshly pack your box of cookies and ice them at that time so it is all fresh and the cookies are served warm! (With the exception of the sugar and maybe a few other depending on the weekly flavors, those are served chills and it amazing). They then present you your box and show you your cookies to make sure they are perfect and you are on your way!

Now here is the scoop on the menu and flavors...they change each week!! Each Monday they announce the weekly flavors!! The only ones that are weekly are the sugar and most weeks milk chocolate chip. Umm...talk about fun and makes you want to go back each week to get the new selection!!!

Now seriously, why are you still here? Get...
