This used to be one our favorite spots to go to in the evening after work. It seems like the hours have changed to closing at 7pm instead of 8pm (wasn’t on Google last time - pulled up to locked doors at 6:48pm). Tonight was different, my husband and I got there at 6:35, doors open and was immediately told they were closing at 7pm and if that meant we needed to take food to-go then that’s what we needed to do. Another couple walked in right behind and has had the same closing issues plus some, we were all also told that there is no tea past 6:30 and they wouldn’t just stop serving at 7 we would need to leave promptly at 7. We understood thinking it would work, the couple behind us were asking questions about closing (what everyone was thinking - and why no tea?). My husband and I decided to go ahead and order, they didn’t have any soup and were out of a side he wanted. Once receiving our order it was wrong anyways.
We are so disappointed in all the recent changes and hateful staff, really wish things could turn around. I suppose the only appropriate time to eat at this establishment is lunchtime since afterwards they run out of things and start closing up shop. Also 4 people/groups of people came to yank on the door handles but they were already locked 10 mins before closing. Being stared at while eating minutes before 7 isn’t pleasant either.
Side note, from a first timer…. there was a man who ordered before us who heard all the issues as well, and it was his first time there. He told us he felt rushed and didn’t know if he’d be coming back. I just feel like they’re missing out on so much business from 6:50 on (when the worker locked 2/3 doors). Not everyone can make dinner by their standards, so I wouldn’t...
Read moreI was extremely disappointed with my visit. I have been wanting to try this restaurant since before they even opened. Their hours of operation are not customer friendly. They are not open on Sundays and close by 8:00p.m. M-S. The food was unimpressive and expensive. The menu was very appetizing and left you excited to try everything. Surprisingly, my sandwich seemed like it was missing the chicken salad. Additionally, it was supposed to have apples, grapes and pecans in it. Mine had no grapes or pecans in it and out of the whole sandwich I had two small bites with a taste of apple. The lettuce & tomato made up the sandwich. The pasta salad was bland. The portions are very small for the price. It was $10 for a sandwich, side & drink. I left still hungry and disappointed. The best thing here was the staff was very friendly. I wouldn't recommend this...
Read moreA pleasant niche in the fast-food forest. A place to escape from fried everything. Simple chicken salad with a spectrum of flavor variations available. You will find one you like. The spicy, Jalapeno Holly and Kickin’ Kay Lynne work for me. I never pass up the Chicken Poblano Soup, even on a hot day in July. I had a scoop of Jalapeno Holly on the Classic Salad with the Chicken Poblano Soup. The Classic Salad under the scoop was fair, but it is all about the chicken salad, right? It made for a nice filling meal. I tried the Poppy Seed dressing. A little too sweet for me. Next time Ranch. Not five stars, but a nice meal.
At the front counter Azreal. Friendly sociable young lady that took our order and delivered the food. Big dining area, clean and comfortable. Turn the music down just a...
