I enjoy Panda's food, first of all. But something about this location. Not keeping food on line. Maybe it's the time I go there. I usually settle for something else than what I wanted. But I'm not doing it anymore. Last time I'm there, they had 2 dried up hard looking egg rolls, and only 2 spring rolls. I was gonna get extra spring rolls in 5 minutes. But I see 2 young kids who could care less working there. People that start restaurants have passion for making others happy, and showing love by cooking for them. Then they pass this place on to kids who may, or may not, have a passion for food. Why? It leaves from passion, to how little can I pay these kids, and keep them working. Read moreI was in line to order my food they said it’ll be a minute on the orange chicken. I didn’t have a problem waiting for the chicken to get done cooking. As I’m waiting to get my food the people behind me ordered orange chicken as well so I knew they had to wait. By the time they get to paying for their food the orange chicken is done cooking and on the bar they fill up the peoples plates that was behind me in line and they leave the store. my bowl and plate is still sitting on the counter they are now helping the gentleman that was behind them in line he leaves the store and my food is still sitting on the counter I finally have a chance to say something about my food just sitting there and the employee working looked like he didn’t know who’s food was who’s and was lost. When my husband arrived to pick up our order we were told they sent the food out with someone else and tried to deny making my order and giving it to him. Basically was told it was our problem that they sent the food off with the wrong person. Obviously they did not ask for or check a confirmation number or email which both my husband had. After going round and round with the manager they finally got us our order and I was extremely disappointed when he got home and checked and the serving sizes of our food was not even close to what they normally are.
