KJ'Z Coffee & Sweet Shop — Restaurant in Broken Bow

Small, cozy, and cute. I got a mocha iced coffee with cold foam and my daughter got a watermelon smoothie with whip. Both were great and the smoothie tasted like sour patch watermelons. The barista was sweet and didn’t rush me when I took an eternity to look over the menu😬 I’ve gotten coffee all around on previous visits, but Kj’z is now the official stop for me🫶🏼 edited to add: went back and got the marshmallow bonfire (iced), pineapple smoothie, and “fancy” chocolate milk. I’m not sure why most kids these days don’t have any gumption or take pride in their work but if you’re looking for mediocrity and complacence then I can recommend this place. We stood waiting for several minutes before any of the young employees acknowledged us. My wife got an ice cream and I ordered a coffee. They rather rudely informed me that I would have to wait 4 minutes for my drink. I waited about 10 minutes before walking to the counter and asking if the coffee was ready yet. They neglected to put half and half in that I was charged .65 cents for and the coffee wasn’t even hot! I do not recommend this...

Please some one tell me why this place has any good reviews? This is not even a coffee. My husband drink was supposed to be an americano with splash of half and half. It tasted like pure water with some milk. Is it a joke? I ordered latter , for some reasons they dumped buch of chocolate syrup in it. Which I didn't ask for. I DID NOT ask for any add ons . Probably it was done to mask taste of water. .. super angry. It was 5$ each ! If you just make instant nescafe packet it will taste more like an actual coffee.
