Kicker's Pizza & More — Restaurant in Brook Park

Extremely skimpy on toppings/cheese to the point of large open baldspots of sauce/crust only and very little sauce for the wings, at 15 for a 2 topping medium as well as being charged for extra sauce on the pizza that i didnt recieve its far below other pizza places at that price point. Dinas, Angelos and a litany of other place are far better and are the same price or cheaper. Donna should not be employed in a customer service role in any sense. And honestly the blue cheese they make is weirdly sweet an in my opinion disgusting with very little sign of blue cheese in it. Ive worked in many pizza shops and restaurants and cant believe the wildly low quality of this establishment all around. Georgios OFP is better than this place and far higher quality at less than 1/3 the price. Only redeeming quality of this place is decent wing prices since you literally cant mess up a chicken wing. Donna could use some help in the customer service department, she is extremely rude, cannot tell time, and does not understand the difference between crispy and frozen. TERRIBLE!!! Last week I placed a pick up order 30 minutes before I planned on arriving, gave my pick up order information and time I would be there to pick up my order, I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for a wing box and a meatball sub! Today, I placed a pick up order, my food was cold, probably because they did not deep fry the french fries. If there was a way to give a negative rating this would be a negative 100! Horrible!!!! Got wings from there, told them we wanted extra sauce and after we drove home all the way back to medina, we opened the container up and what was supposed to be extra mild was nothing but plain burned wings. Last time we got them they totally forgot to put the wings in the order and we drove back to Medina with just a couple sandwiches and ended up driving back to pick up the wings they forgot. Also was rushed on the phone placing the order and rushed when calling to complain that we got wings without any sauce. Told the manager would call us back.
