I purchased $55.88 worth of food on July 25, 2023. I found a hair in my food, and complained about it. Got attitude, a cold remake of my burger and more attitude when my family complained they could not finish the food after seeing the hair. (It was tangled in the burger real good.) I complained to corporate via email and got an automated response. Then a follow up on July 30 claiming they would have someone follow up with me. No follow up occurred as of yet, Aug 12.
I lost my money that day because we threw out our food as per the managers suggestion without refund. I have never experienced anything like this before, and I love to eat out. (I think there was one time before I had a hair in my food, and my food was promptly refunded. It's not appealing to eat somewhere like this. The hair was tangled in between all of the salad and meat, the person preparing had to have seen it or not paid attention while making it.)
The staff were DISGUSTING in every aspect; attitude, behavior, cleanliness. The South American cashier (blanca I believe) made my sandwich without a hairnet after complaining about hair in my food. She had the audacity to tell me that in her country they eat worse things and don't complain about it. The South American manager was visibly angry at us for complaining, I could tell she wanted to lunge at us after telling us off because we wanted a refund for a meal we couldn't stomach to eat. I felt completely disrespected, and embarrassed by the entire situation. Still haven't received a refund!
I will never eat at any WENDY's ever again, absolute garbage...

There were plenty of employees behind the counter just talking and laughing and having a great ol' time. Unfortunately, they seemed to enjoy their own company much more than that of their customers. One employee spent over two minutes just putting a sandwich, a small bag of fries and a drink onto a tray for that one customer ahead of me. It was amazing to watch. Such a level of combined incompetence and indifference are hard to describe. Once this "server" had completed the monumental task of putting three items on a tray, she walked to the opposite end of the counter and stared at me with her arms folded. She said nothing. She did not acknowledge or greet me even though I had been waiting right in front of her. I had to walk over to her and ask her to take my order. My simple order (a cheeseburger) took over three minutes to be filled even though there were still no other customers in the place! With all that prep time, I thought I'd be getting a freshly grilled hot burger. No such luck. The burger I got was old and barely warm with a slice of unmelted cheese on a dried out bun. When I asked for some hot sauce, the server disappeared for a minute before reappearing with two packets of hot sauce. The packets were smeared with some sticky substance and some crusted dirt. I abandoned any thought of actually eating my burger. This was one of the most poorly managed and disgusting fast food establishments...
Read moreThe main entrance was closed and the only option was the drive thru at about midnight on July 4th. The woman working the drive thru was the absolute worst. I watched her mess up on the order ahead of mine, she gave me the wrong order, and when I went back to have her fix it she was in the process of screwing up the next guys order. She proceeded to blame me for not having checked my order before leaving the drive thru rather than take accountability for the fact she was overwhelmed by three or four cars in the drive thru, and had been steadily messing up orders. She gave me attitude and was borderline yelling at me saying I should know to check my order and that she’s busy. I had to bite my tongue but also let her know her mistakes are not my problems, or the guys who’s car I was now standing next to at the drive thru who could not believe her response. She even had to ask what his order was as I stood there and he informed her he had only received half of his order so far. Totally oblivious!!! She then acted like she didn’t want to deal with me and tried to have another gentleman hand me my order, but he was too confused because he still had to prep my order because it was not even done yet. She was forced to hand me my order but didn’t bother to give me a straw or anything she normally would have because… well her attitude sucks and she is clearly miserable. Her attitude is what can be the start of some bigger problems from y’all. To make it worse if that’s even possible at all-she gave me night shift...
