I arrived at 10:25 PM and it is 1157 before I got through the drive-through and had my paid food in had, mind you at the same window. The woman at the drive-through counter kept slamming the window on me when I simply kept asking can I get some ketchup and mustard please now… she kept going back to get a drink, get another drink, a fry , get a burger and she said is there something else I can do for you I said yeah I didn’t want to be rude and honk my horn at you every time you kept slamming your window but I just wanted to get some ketchup and mustard. She gave me a handful and half of it knocked out all over the parking lot. 😏 Serioudly?? So she was like I hope that’s enough and closed the window on me. Maybe it was not the best time to go to this specific McDonald’s on North Druid Hills and I live in Clairmont with 2 others that were closed early for maintainsnce. There’s 2 there within a mile but looked like they were closed earlier than the norm. J boo but they just happen to be close doing construction.
Never again!!! I am never going back there and I am so uneasy about what this possibly could taste like, tho the fries do smell good n lord I hope it’s not unsweet tea. I hope n pray that the Oreo Mc flurry I got is not melted and full of bacteria like sommsc any others are. N so I’m sure it will be.
Late night Cravins when I have been working three jobs today should give me every reason in the world to be able to spend $18 at McDonald’s and be satisfied. But that long of a wait was freaking ridiculous. Maybe they should pay a few dollars and hire a few more staff to make it actually fast food. Soo very sad. Spend more an hour to have happier customer service and polite work people that want to be there and are not rude just because there is the longest line I’ve ever seen a McDonald’s when that is not rush-hour traffic lunch or dinner time. 45 to 50 minutes to wait for McDonald’s? I could’ve just ordered a steak from order Uber eats. Beyond...
Read moreThey are clearly running a scam. They insist that my payment hasn’t gone through, only to keep pushing me to retry multiple times. Ultimately, the cashier had to call a manager who used her fingerprint to make another charge. When I confronted the young employee about the repeated charges, he denied it, but I caught him in the act. I saw him trying to hide the receipt, but I managed to grab a glimpse of it — I was charged multiple times for a simple medium fry.
When I brought this issue to the manager, she also denied that I had been charged more than once. Both of them were plastered with smirks that were unsettling, as if they shared a secret joke at my expense. Yes, a medium fry may seem trivial, but it is my money, and I only purchased it to use the WiFi for a brief period on my laptop. I don’t even regularly eat at McDonald's, but this experience has compelled me to take action.
I will be reporting this incident to corporate because it’s unacceptable to take advantage of customers who may not monitor their accounts as closely as I do. This behavior seems to be a routine practice, and they underestimated my vigilance. Times are tough, and I stand by my principles. They picked the wrong person to deceive.

THOUGHT IN THIS DAY AND AGE COLOR DIDN'T MATTER AND THE GOLDEN RULE IS THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT EVEN THOUGH THEY MIGHT NOT BE IT'S JUST THE INDUSTRY SAYING FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. SO MUCH MORE TO SAY AVOUT THAT BUT STAY TUNED I WILL BE COMMENTING FURTHER ON THE DISCRIMINATION I RECEIVED AT MCDONALDS LOCATED ON 2210 North Druid Hills From cash register Tierra & the even ruder Manager named Ricky. Stole my food and money and criminally trespassed me and my innocent fiance.! Unbelievably unremarkable rude behavior there. Please go to this McDonalds located at 2071 North Druid...
