First of all we walked in and were probably no exaggeration 30 employees behind the counter. We walked to the front and they all looked at us with a blank stare and said nothing. Like I'm sorry but we are here to buy things so you can work here. You can't even take our order.
We should have left then but I don't like feeling bullied so I made myself stay.
The caramel macchiato I ordered cannot be made because the machine was down so they gave me a frappe instead. Not what I wanted but I was trying to be flexible.
Big mistake. Huge mistske. 😰 (pretty woman reference...sorry I had to)
fiance ordered a big breakfast...we weren't sure if it came with juice.
So I went to the counter 2 ask. Again I was not greeted and when I asked of the meal came with a drink I got a blank stare and told to go to the kiosk.
I'm sorry yes you have a kiosk...but dont you work here?
I stood there and waited until someone said No it doesn't.
When we finally got our order I wen lt up and asked for some ketchup and bbq sauce....
The response:
Cashier-"Uhhh what do you want? Ketchup?"
Me-"yes and bbq sauce please"
Cashier-"well it's going to cost you 27 cents"
Really? Haha but fine give it to me.
I walked back to get change and when I went up she was standing there with no BBQ sauce....
"You still want it?"
"Yes but I have to pay with a debit card"
"Um debit card has to have a minimum of 2 dollar purchase."
Ok what? Asked to speak to manger and she said "well do you eamt to pay for the bnq sauce or not?" NO APOLOGY.
I then left my blood boiling.
Not worth the visit Will probably never visit amy McDonalds again PERIOD after visit this one.
So good job guys. Keep up the wonderful customer service and soon you wont have customers and will be out of the only job you could possibly get.
#disgusted...
Read moreWell I know it’s McDonald’s so you can’t expect to much but when me and my wife both order a large sweet tea and neither are barely over half way filled and that is with ice in it that’s ridiculous it’s even more insane that when we politely asked if they could put a little more in there we were met with the worst attitude and remarks that was completely uncalled for and her solution to our drink not having enough tea is to give us a cup of ice and then tells us she has a line that she’s not worried about us so at the end of the day I’m confused on what your actually buying when you buy a large sweet tea and is there a price difference if I ask for it with or without ice and if not then why couldn’t she fill my cup up and if it is a money thing from corporate then they should know there not saving any money by giving extra cups and lids out with ice to replace a few ounces of liquid the cup probably cost more than the drink that there trying to short you on I am a business owner and spend a good deal at this very location buying lunch for my guys at work and food for the family but after the worst and most disrespectful way to address a customer I will no longer get food/drinks for myself or any one that works for me again and will do everything I can to deter anyone I know from going there and having the same experience thanks to the lady at the drive through you have lost a lot of businesses and since my wife posted on Facebook a picture of the lady there have been numerous comments about having problems with the same woman in the drive through that were referring to so not only did she cost this location a lot of money from me and my employees but also with multiple...
Read moreShout out to McDonald’s employees for keeping it on point during this pandemic. I’m usually a BK fan, only because it’s closer, I hate having to go all the way down the BLVD, because I’m usually in a hurry when I go, but it’s definitely worth the extra little mile or two to actually get hot food, and it’s correct the FIRST time. I didn’t get that lucky pre-pandemic right off the Blvd up ahead. I won’t lie, I’m extremely patient when I’m ordering for my crew, they are a complicated and picky three. (I just get it how it comes as long as that’s without tomatoes.) So for me to NOT have to check each item before pulling away from the window is AMAZING and this is EVERY TIME. I wish I would have gotten the cashiers name tonight. She was such a sweet lady! I have recently gotten stitches out of the top side of my wrist, i don’t have it wrapped since it’s healing now and she of course noticed the God awful scarring. She immediately made a point to keep smiling and offer more assistance to make sure I could get everything into the car and be on my way. I tried not to make any faces or noise, because the thing hurts pretty bad, but she was amazing and caught on anyway. She was quick to get my rather large order out while I could clearly see her cross checking everything to ensure it’s accuracy. So grateful that McDonald’s of Brookhaven seems to have hired a FULL STAFF of GREAT workers who have some great customer service as well! I’ve been in the food industry for 12 years, I know that’s a hard thing to do! So thank y’all for being a place that keeps a little normalcy in this chaos we have going...
