I visited Moe’s Southwest Grill in Town Brookhaven, Atlanta, GA, expecting a pleasant dining experience. However, my visit was marred by the rude behavior of one of the managers.

Despite being a regular customer, I was shocked by the disrespectful treatment I received over a simple request to add extra lettuce to my salad. The manager made it clear that this was against their policy, without any consideration for my needs or circumstances.

As someone who values good customer service, I was deeply disappointed by the manager's lack of professionalism and empathy. It's disheartening to see a restaurant prioritize arbitrary rules over customer satisfaction.

This incident has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I will no longer be patronizing Moe’s Southwest Grill. Instead, I will be taking my business to establishments that prioritize customer satisfaction, such as Surcheros in Alpharetta, GA.

I hope that Moe’s Southwest Grill will address this issue and take steps to ensure that other customers do not experience similar mistreatment in the future. Good customer service is essential for any successful business, and it's unfortunate that this was lacking during my visit.

Yesterday, while waiting in line at this Moes location, I was horrified at what I saw. First of all, it took around 15 minutes for the employees working to greet us even though there wasn’t anyone in line in front of me. One of the employees was working on preparing a stack for an uber eats order, and I have never seen someone make food so sloppily. I saw her pick up the container of chicken and let the dirty water drip on top of the food, and still kept preparing it. I also saw her reading the receipt to see what the order wanted, and when she picked up the tomato’s she let the tomato juice drip all over the order being prepared next to her. I have never been so disgusted while eating (or waiting in line) somewhere. NEVER ORDER UBER EATS, GRUB HUB, POSTMATES, ETC. FROM THE MOES LOCATION AT TOWNE BROOKHAVEN. I am disgusted and afraid. I was looking everywhere to spot a manager on duty but I was unable to. It was complete chaos in the kitchen: filthy grill, overflowing trash can, most containers on the food line were empty, and horrible service/sloppy work ethic. I will never be returning to this establishment, and neither should anyone else. This was around 7-7:30PM on May 19th (Sunday). And the employee I am referencing is an African American women...
