Paid never received smoothie! This was the worse service I have ever had... I ordered smoothie online a little after 8:30pm. The smoothie confirmation stated that the smoothie would be ready at 8:48pm. The cafe did not close until 9pm. I arrive at 8:58 got to the door and it was locked. The young lady inside looks at me gestures they closed and refused to come to the door to even speak to me. Clearly the employees had closed right before 9pm. I then showed my phone attempting to communicate that I had an order to pick up. The first young lady looks at me and walks away. Another young lady came from the back and also refused to assist... both refusing to even acknowledge my presents at the door. Finally, the second young lady came over to the door and spoke to me through the glass. I showed her I had an order that was supposed to be ready at 8:48pm. She stated that should would be right back. It was clear that the other young lady that she went to speak with told her not to come back to the door. So, I was then left standing at the door for several minutes and neither one of them ever came back. I then get in my car to warm up. The two young ladies turned off the lights and step outside to lock up and leave.
When they stepped outside, I respectful told them that I had an order that was suppose to be ready at 8:48pm. My order was not made, but one of the employees was sure to make herself a fresh smoothie to-go that she had in her hand... knowing I was there for an online pick up that was paid and could not be canceled. The employee steps outside sipping on a smoothie for herself without any regard that I am a paying customer and my order was not complete, nor were either one of them willing to assist. I was dodged, ignored and disregarded at the door because they wanted close early and start clean up so that they cam leave minutes after 9 o'clock.
I stated to both young ladies, that level of customer service is not acceptable. The employee with the smoothie started that they whoever is in charge gets on them about making smoothies after 8:30pm unless the customer are there to keep from wasting product... but I was there and did not receive anything. Also, if the supervisor/manager has concerns about online orders after 8:30pm then they should set the app where no customers can put in online orders after 8:30pm.
To be ignored and refused service... along with witnessing the employee making herself a smoothie to-go knowing I am a paid customer there to pick up an order that they both refused to even acknowledge or make is not okay, that was a huge slap in the face and extreme unprofessional and...

I forgot a mask at my office (my fault) but i was rudely and immediately told to leave as 4 guest were lounging around without mask and other guest were "improperly" wearing their mask (Hanging from one ear). I have personally witnessed employees at this location take off their mask as soon as all guest have left aswell. I asked if there was an extra mask they could provide me with for the 10 minutes i would have been there. "NO" was the answer so i walked to a neighboring restaurant and explained hem the situation and they happily gave me a mask as would any other establishment in town Brookhaven does. Thats just the start. Proceeded to order what i always get sandwich with a smoothie. i asked for one scoop of ice and watched the lady who rudely told me to leave (galsses and red streaks in hair) make my smoothie she did everything right the first go around and then proceeded to add more ice and dumped the rest of the whey protein powder in there which was about 3 servings. I also watched the kitchen staff. i watched them make my sandwich and set it aside and passed everyones food who ordered after me first. by the time i got my food it was luke warm and was not even offered chips. Now i have been going to tropical smoothies since they first came to Georgia in Suwanee and have never ever ever had a bad experience until today. The chicken in my flat bread sandwich was uncut the tomato was just a corner of a tomato and the sauce was all over the wrapper when i opened it up. I will not stop eating at tropical smoothie but i will never eat at this one again. Oh and my smoothie tasted like water and ice like the previous review said this is why i only do one scoop so i can taste the 2 fruits that...

Incredibly rude staff member at this location and the owner was there and intentionally did nothing. I was kicked out of an empty shop with ZERO customers like a second rate peasant for not wearing a mask (I'm vaccinated) in a completely empty store. I asked if they had a mask i could wear and they said no. I was then asking if i could call on the phone and just order from outside, and before I could even have the conversation with the lady at the counter i was harassed about the mask rule being on the door and "can't you read". So i leave. I decide to come back one minute later to get the first name of the rude employee. I open the door, I dont step into the shop, and I ask the rude employee for his name. He won't tell me. I ask again. Then he threatens to call the cops on me, and either actually did or at least pretended to. Then the owner comes out. We are now standing outside and I request to talk to him for 30 seconds to give my side and I ask him for the name of his employee. He continuously refuses to tell me and patronizes me to calm down and breathe.... when the whole time I'm perfectly under control and all I want is the employee's name. The owner would not even hear my side of the story as a customer. I asked multiple times to talk to him for just 30 seconds and he didnt have the time of day. There were zero customers at the time, so I'm not sure what his excuse was. He clearly doesn't want my business.
