Starbucks — Restaurant in Brookings Township

This is honestly the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The drinks are consistently disappointing—it's expected that they don’t taste great, but even when I order the same drink every time, the taste is completely different each time.

The staff are extremely loud and unprofessional. They constantly laugh, talk loudly, and walk around in a chaotic and disrespectful manner. It’s noisy, irritating, and creates a very unpleasant atmosphere.

On top of that, the music is incredibly annoying and way too loud. It makes it impossible to relax or focus, completely ruining the purpose of a café space.

The drinks are good but they are always out of cake pops. And when I needed to get to track my drink wasn’t even made yet. They also have drinks backed up forever. Then there are also drinks just sitting there. New: I was there for like about 27 minutes and I didn’t get my drink. Not a 'real' Starbucks. It's Aramark. Do they don't take Discover & don't honor coupons or deals from Starbucks proper. Staff tries hard but it's often slow & confused.
