Another reviewer summed it up perfectly when he said the employees here act like you owe them money! 🤣 They are the absolute most miserable people on the face of the earth & I am always immediately put in a bad mood the minute I make contact with them. I may be willing to deal with awful customer service if the food was good but it's sadly not. It's very bland & items are always inconsistent. You may get an employee who cares about the taste of what they're serving you but most likely you won't. When you ask for extra hot sauce (to help with the blandness of the food) you'd think you were asking for their blood! If you order less toppings on your burrito they always throw in an additional huge scoop of rice which makes it more dry & bland! My biggest gripe (and what compelled me to write this review & officially swear this place off for good) is that they ALWAYS find a way to overcharge you! They sneak in a $0.70 for extra cheese that you didn't order or get, $1.15 for guacamole you also didn't order or get...& this happens to me EVERY TIME! They must do it to ALL customers & think it's okay since 90% don't check their receipt. We'll I'm considering contacting the AG because it is NOT acceptable & God forbid you ask them to correct their mistake and reimburse you..it is always a problem & they talk trash about you in Spanish. Owners don't care either as this has been going on for years. I don't recommend & highly suggest you check your receipt if you...
Read moreAnna's is a chain and this location was not up to the quality I expected from them, but the chain's food is normally great. They have a large variety of fillings so there's likely something you'd enjoy.
The quesadilla I ordered was poorly wrapped, with gaps and extra folds, despite not being overfilled or anything they would explain it.
I gave them another try and ordered a super burrito with chili verde. I noticed it was small and measured it only as 6 inches long. I'm pretty certain they gave me a regular burrito instead. The chili verde was moderately spicy and it was delicious. It was also wrapped properly this time.
They also prioritize people ordering in line over online orders. I was thinking I would save time waiting, but they kept taking people in line over me. It would have been faster to wait in line and order after getting there.
I haven't had these issues at other Anna's, so I hope this location can improve order accuracy and be kinder to people waiting for...
Read moreI don't understand the allure...My friends love this place, and I've tagged along a few times. Each time I go, I say it will be my last time, and every time, I decide to give it another chance. Not just once, twice, or three times.....but every time I have been to Anna's, its been absolutely DISGUSTING!!! Again, I do not understand the appeal. Their meat is definitely the lowest quality I have ever been served anywhere, its revolting. It's nice that its cheap, but so is Taco Bell, and I don't go there. Taco Bell is actually a cut above of this place, sadly. I was new to the area and asked around "what's the best burrito spot?" and I had several people tell me "Anna's". I noticed that everyone who recommends Anna's has grown up in Massachusetts, so they don't know any better. The service is miserable at these places too, every time, every location. I feel bad for anybody who enjoys this place, they should...
