Two days ago, I went to go order food for my autistic child because he only likes their chicken fries and French fries and I tell the worker that I have a code for free fries, I gave her the code and she told me it didn’t work. I pulled up to the window to get my food and she was telling me that I was being “rude” and I got upset over it and I told her forget the code for free fries and to just give me my order, and then I got my food and left. Yesterday, I go back and order the same thing and I gave them another code and then a different lady tells me it doesn’t work, so I pulled to the front and asked her “Where is your manager? Because the codes I use, I’m always told that they do not work.” So she calls her manager and the manager comes and it’s the same lady from two days ago who called me “rude”. The manager again told me that I was being rude and that my codes don’t work. I told her that only when I tell HER the code is the only time where the codes “don’t work”. She used to be very nice to me before I downloaded the BK app which is where I get the codes from, and since then she always got angry. She told me to “get out of here” and then she said she was going to call the police. She shut the window and turned her back on me. I was gonna wait for the police to come but my autistic child was crying because he wanted to get out of there, so we left and went to a different Burger King. If my son eats another food like McDonalds or somewhere else, it would have been fine, but he only likes BK’s chicken fries and French fries. I was told about the app by my daughter for the codes and that’s why I always use it. So I’m failing to understand why the service workers were acting rude to me and had the audacity to call me rude and then go and call the police on me. I even asked her (the manager) who used to be very nice to me in the past ten years why she changed all...
Read moreI need to say that the Burger King that is at 9725 Xenia Ave N, Brooklyn Park, MN 55443 has really turned it around. I haven't been there in quite some time because the food was always cold and just bad. I was dying for a whopper a few weeks ago and returned for the first time in over a year.
First up, the store was busier than I've ever seen it which was a good sign. The service was 100000x better and the gentleman that I think is the manager but if he's not he's the one with braids, is awesome. The food was prepared exactly the way it's supposed to be, the food was fresh, hot and everything was as ordered. The cooks over the past several visits have all been fantastic too. The whole team is night and day better, to the point of being perfect.
I was extremely happy to see this location step up it's game as it's a new store and it was depressing to see a new location just fail.
I've now been back 3 times and can confirm this location has to be one of the best Burger Kings in the area.
The guy that I think was the manager and the lady working today have helped me before several times and I really hope they get recognized for being friendly, fast and accurate. I was at this location today, January 25th 2023 at 5:08pm central time.
I'll be making this same kudos on the Google maps app and I'll ask this team's names so I can contact the franchise operator about them.
Thank you to this team. While I probably shouldn't be eating so many whoppers as I have over the last month you've brought the flavor I've been craving back in grand fashion. Thanks from the long hair dude in the explorer that's been getting the whoppers and chicken sandwiches without lettuce. You're appreciated and your hard work isn't taken...
Read moreMy husband purchased a original chicken sandwich for me. It was old, cold, hard and really dark. I went back to Burger King myself to get them to remake it. An employee with longer unwashed greasy hair stood in the doorway not allowing me to enter and ask what did I need. I told him my food was old. He ask me what it was. I told him that it was an original chicken sandwich. He said that my order was a hour old. I advised him that I have a infant that I had to bathe and put down for bedtime. This entire conversation took place as he was in the doorway not allowing me to enter the restaurant. It was just a bit after 8pm. When I was finally allowed me to enter my appetite had been completely ruined. Another lady that worked there asked me what was wrong as I proceeded to tell her. The original guy that approached me at the door told me that I could stop talking now and that he was going to give me my money back. He continued to fill orders. I told him that I would be contacting his superior and he told me that he was the supervisor. I advised him that he still has a superior and asked for his name. He told me that his name was Jake gave me a receipt and told me to take the survey on the back of the receipt. I cautioned him that I would be contacting corporate. He told me to leave the store. Update the employee lied about his name. His name is...
