I placed a mobile order and I was even lost because my map's kept freezing and when I finally arrived, they still didn't have my food order ready, and they didn't have any coffee ready, and it was breakfast time? So I had to wait for my food, and worse, I had to pull over and wait for my coffee, and it was nearly 3 bucs for a large plain coffee? Not enough creamer after asking for extra, when I got home with my food, I kinda felt embarrassed in front of my son because his food was kinda greasy as was mine, and definitely tasted like the oil that it was fried in was super old, the food was luke warm as well and I keep a special bag in my car for hot food, considering that they supposed just made it for me? Not believing that. The employees behind the mĆ nager, at the window had major attitude. The very first time I ever went to this location, and have visited Chick filet from Florida, georgia and every state to MN, and always had great service and great food, and if I ever had to wait as long as I did, I was always comped, a coupon for free sandwich or something for the inconveniences that happened, not here, and I was surprised at that? I didn't say anything, obviously they were having difficulty just filling my order, overall totally disappointed in the quality of the food, egg's were watery? And definitely undercooked. Again total dissapointment for the cost of it, and definitely won't be returning to this one again. Definitely lost thier flare as far as I am concerned, I am a serious Chick filet fan, but this facility really mademe question if the company in general just doesn't care anymore and they have now fallen to the rest of the fast food blahs catagory? I certainly hope not, but surely makes me totally leary of ever going there again in general, considering how much money I have spent at this establishment in the last 3 years, I would have a nice savings fund started somewhere. Someone should really care about the people spending thier money with them. Maybe nobody cares anymore about the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy Mac nd cheese was super dry and plain OLD, tasted like days old Mac n cheese. This was rare considering Iāve been too this location several times and at most they just forget something. Never have I experienced old Mac and cheese and nuggets until today. With it being Monday I was certain they had enough time off since they are closed Sunday to make a new batchā¦.. but the Mac and cheese where certainly from Saturday close. š¤®After 2 bites i through them both away and after spending 50.53 for a Cobb salad day old Mac and cheese and Childrens meal and chicken sandwich which all tasted oldā¦. Iām good. I think with raising canes not far away and all their food made to order itās not a pressured decision to go to a place that values service and revenue being generated. I canāt say Iāll be back, with two small children and a company of my own to keep building too. I canāt say we will take a loss like this again in the future as money is extremely hard too come by. However I can say this much, as far as serviceā¦.. I know as an owner of my own companyā¦. That customer service and fulfillment are the most valued, I will never let the quality of my products fall short. If we donāt. Have a consistent product we donāt have a business no matter how much we want the profit from business. FYI they fell short of the assignment. As much as I want to support them at this point too many chances and not enough time & not enough consistency...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy wife ordered Chick-fil-AĀ® Nuggets, on a Saturday, and the shortening used to cook the nuggets was old, causing the nuggets to come out a very dark brown. My wife brought it to the attention of a worker who said she would speak to the Manager which we saw she did. We waited and no one came to her to speak to her. My wife couldn't eat her nuggets since they also had a bad taste. My wife ate half of my meal. The Manager walked out to see another customer and passed by our table and I reached out to her. I explained to the Manage, Kyra, and she stated she knew about it , but didn't know she needed to speak to to my wife. She admitted the nuggets looked bad but she ran a "test" that morning and the shortening was still "good" and was scheduled to be changed next Tuesday. (Again, we were on Saturday.) She wasn't apologetic nor offered anything after seeing the nuggets were not eaten. Kyra needs more training or just find something else to do that does not deal with customers. When a customer complains, the Manager needs to come out and speak to the complaining customer, when the time allows. Kyra's excuse was pathetic. That is a Manager's job learned in a 101 class. Too bad for...
