Let me start by saying this is not my first time here. I bought my first dress here fortunately and unfortunately I lost 50+ lbs. This led me on a lead to find a whole new dress. This time I decided to try several at different areas. I decided to come back as you can’t hear the price.

My first time here the lady I worked with was so kind, welcoming, and new the stock and product. Not only on the outlet side but the other side. Was able to make recommendations.

I didn’t even get in and just felt off. After being down this road, having been to several stores, I knew what size I was. I realize there is so much shift between brands/sizes etc. At the point of coming here I had tried probably 20+ dresses and had a great idea of style size etc and explained my situation to my stylist. She still continues to ask my my pant size and more. Ok great and I moved on.

I brought my finance with and we have done this together collectively and wanted him to look and help. The way she asked him to sit and me go with her to look threw me off. She continued to look and was trying to find things I liked which wasn’t much. I started to just look and say I like this and eventually asked him to come over. She then proceeds to pull a dress that maybe would have liked but was way too big. I went ahead and took it and tried on but just as I had said I knew it was way too big.

After trying on a few, looking a little more I then asked about certain designers or styles where proceeded to tell me just simply she didn’t know. She didn’t seem to want to go look or even know roughly what they had.

I don’t want it to be mistaken they have an amazing selection of absolutely beautiful dresses of top designers at a price that is absolutely unbeatable!

Coming up on the hour of my appointment it was said essentially that we needed to get through these with essentially not a last opportunity to look on the racks. I did go ahead and take a quick look to know for sure.

While I essentially had my decision down to two I wanted to make sure I was making that right decision but really felt rushed. We did see shortly later that their clock was off which I’m sure to move people along just like bar time.

Needless to say I still loved the dress and came back the next day to purchase as she did put it on hold for me. But I certainly didn’t have the experience that I had at any other store or bridal boutique or even that I previously had here. Never felt such anxiety from someone like I did.

With that being said as I spoke to before their selection and price on absolutely beautiful dresses...

I had THE BEST experience here at Budget Bridal Outlet. I came here a few weeks ago with my sister completely oblivious I had to have an appointment, I wasn’t thinking haha lol . When my sister and went in, Ashley, the sales associate said she had an appointment not show up, so she could take us and let us try on dresses. I tried on a few dresses and fell absolutely in love with 2 of the dresses. I didn’t buy anything because I wanted to come back with my mom to show her the dress because I wanted that experience with her. We did make an appointment for this past Thursday 3/6/2025. We did have another appointment at David’s Bridal this past Sunday 3/2/2025 which was not a great experience. I did like a dress from davids bridal, however, I kept thinking about this dress I saw here at Budget Bridal. I told my mom I wanted her to see this dress. When my sister and I were here the first time we were told it is off the rack and if it’s sold, it’s sold. Which I completely understood. I thought to my self, if it’s gone, it wasn’t ment to be. So we came in for the appointment on Thursday 3/6 and they had 1 of 2 of the dresses I loved. Ashley kept reassuring me that she is there to help me find the right dress and she wants me to get the one that is right me and that I felt the most comfortable in and the one I loved. I ended up trying on 6 or 7 others that day to always keep coming back to this one particular dress that I tried on the first time I came in and not the one that sold. She also made sure my mom and sister understood that dress was for myself and that I had to feel right in and she was there to help me try them on while I made the decision. She was NEVER EVER pushy. Even though I wanted to try on more and more even though we ALL KNEW that this one particular dress was it, she never grunted or got irritated. She was there to help me and ONLY me. I loved the WHOLE experience and this was the EXPERIENCE I wanted with my mom since I am the last daughter in my immediate family to get married. I will 100% recommend this place to anyone. Price is amazing, and I got the whole experience I wanted for dress shopping. The appointment before me said they drove up 4 hours from Iowa because they heard and read amazing reviews. Totally 100% worth it. Ashley think you so much for all you did for me and thank you for being patient and amazing. Always and...

Hokay, so!... I had 7 weeks to plan my wedding...I bought a dress online which would take probably 3 weeks to arrive. About 2 weeks after ordering I legit panicked and had all the dread thoughts you have about ordering something VERY important online so I went to DB that evening... I was not impressed or happy. So to the rescue comes Budget Bridal Outlet. Luckily they had an appointment that very next morning in November. Dearest Cassidy helped me in my flustered state and no joke, third dress I try on is THE DRESS. I did not expect to instantly fall in love with such a simple dress, but I trusted my gut and went for it and was Cassidy there for the ride with me. She held my phone while I facetimed grandma, took these pictures, ran around and got me different belts and veils, and was just the sweetest, most supportive person of all time. In November they had a special where you got 10% off so I believe my dress came to $340-ish. The garment / bride bag was maybe $15? Sales are final! I say that for everyone's information but also, this fact caused me to have a little mini heart-drop-goosebumps-cold-sweat-buyers-remorse moment after I completed my purchase and put the dress in the car and got ready to go it really sunk in... (what did you just do? you literally only tried on THREE dresses! you can't get your money back if you change your mind!!). But, thankfully I didn't change my mind, my dress was absolutely wonderful, and I even came back a couple weeks afterwards to get the veil I initially tried on! They also gave me a list of preferred vendors for alterations which I did use and was super helpful.

I highly recommend this bridal shop....
