Starbucks — Restaurant in Brookside

Worst experience at this location. Stepped on line around 5:02PM and left the line at 5:33 PM because no one would take my order. I assume two of the workers are new and the other lady with pink hair supposed has experience but was on her phone while making customers coffee. Each drink took at least 10 minutes, pause video play and repeat. Nothing wrong with a new worker but it’s a problem when people are getting 80% of the drinks they paid for, like at least fill it 90%. Couldn’t even get a customers order right, had to remake it 2 times 😂 Was on line for about 30 minutes and left because they were too lazy to take my order. I guess I’ll take my business to dunkin which is not too far from where this starbucks store is. Worst store in...

This Starbucks has gone from excellent to awful in just over the last year. At any time, multiple customers in a row can be heard complaining about the quality of their drinks, asking for them to be remade. The employees are generally nice but if there is a problem with your drink they get nasty. The refrigerator section (pastries and milk, juice, etc) is never stocked, when my daughter asks for chocolate milk I have to ask them to get one from the back literally every time. There is never cold brew made, even first thing in the morning and the are always multiple items out on the menu. This place is under staffed, so there is a long wait time here. I also had them remake my order almost every time I come here because they made the wrong drink. The cashier always mixes up my order. When I ask to have it fixed, the staff get an attitude and get nasty. There's also a lot of socializing going on with the staff between other staff members and customers, to the point it slows down the staff's work and progress therefore causing a long line to form.
