I visit this location on the 5/18/2023 around 7:45 PM after having a amazing dinner at the mall for our ladies night outing we then decided to head to target to top off the night to shop for clothes, make up & intimate apparel after loading up, and all the goods that we were going to purchase, we decided that we must try on a few things as we were doing so in the dressing room two associates were banging on each door, so loud like they wanted to knock down the door stating the dressing rooms is CLOSED and no one should be in here as me and my friends were leaving out the dressing room. I stated to the associate it’s OK we are leaving and she yelled at us “NO ITS NOT “The rooms are CLOSED I expressed to her it’s not that serious. She’s yelled back. YES it is, and proceeded to be very aggressive with us as I try to explain to her that I needed to try these items on and I’m a customer who is willing to buy these items and really needed to try them on. She still proceeded to be aggressive, stating the dressing room is CLOSE then flexing stating I’ll get my manager so I waited patiently and spoke to the manager, which was polite & deescalated the situation, because obviously the associate Angelic doesn’t know how to treat a customer which clearly she was hired for customer service, but need to rethink her line of work because this is not for her there was no need for this type of treatment, embarrassment, and behaviors. By this associate Angielic. I don’t really shop often at target, but my friends rave about them & convinced me to still purchase my items and not let someone ignorance, ruin our night!!! but with the experience & treatment that I had that night will definitely make me think twice of spending my hard earned money 💰 at any Target’s 🎯 can say that we did spend a lot & I’m certain that Target 🎯 value there customers & want to earn there business by having zero tolerance for bad behaviors & treatment that should be a...
Read moreI wasted an hour yesterday trying to buy a new iPhone with my new debit Red Card. Because the clerk's computer kept failing to manage the registration information, it took three tries. When it came time to pay with my new Red Card, the transaction was declined. I called the number given me on the decline ticket and was told I needed a history of purchases going through my bank before I could buy a high-value item. Target had no way to verify that I had enough money in my bank account to cover the charge. Neither the clerk nor the associate that signed me up for a debit red card was aware of my not being able to make a high-value purchase with my Red Card. I made a small purchase and today it cleared in my bank account, so I called the same number today and was told it might take three weeks of regular purchases before I could buy the iPhone. Additionally, the agent on the phone had a strong accent and spoke very rapidly, so I had to get him to repeat everything. I have no objection to foreign customer service agents, but they need to speak slowly and clearly enough to be understood. This is an addition 3 days later. I went to Target to buy some groceries and get some "history," as I was told I had to do. I was please that I found all the groceries I wanted, though not all the varieties I prefer. Still, Check out with my temporary Red Card went fine, and I stopped to get a Starbucks. The cashier tried to scan my temp card, several different ways, but no dice. There are a lot of glitches in this Red Card business. Will Target ever...
Read moreThis target is closest to where we live, so we come here from time to time for groceries. Every time we've come to this target, it's in disarray and unorganized. Trash will be on the shelves, I've seen many open food containers on the shelves, items will be left in the wrong section etc. Spilled drinks or products will be on the shelves or floor. I feel like a lot of this has to do with customers just totally disrespecting the store, and not having any respect for the employees or other customers. But my main issue is that this target seems to have a good bit of expired product on their shelves.
The last couple of times we've been here, we've accidentally bought expired coffee drinks and dairy products. I bought a coffee drink, opened it, and it tasted terrible. I took a few sips of it and checked the expiration date, and it had expired all the way back in January. Poured the rest of it out. It was 4 months expired. This morning I went to open a brand new carton of half & half, and it smelled awful. I checked the expiration date, and it had expired 5 days ago. I had just bought it. Had to pour the entire brand new carton down the drain. Seems like this target really needs to get someone to check the dates on their products. I've worked in many grocery stores, and we always had someone checking expiration dates weekly. Groceries are too expensive nowadays to just be pouring them...
