I would Rate this particular Manager Taron at the store with zero stars if this allowed. I have been an Invicta customer for 15+ years so I own many pieces and have enjoyed the quality and craftsmanship of the Invicta watches I purchase. I brought in my husbands watch that I purchased for him and had had a hard time finding a band that he could wear that wouldn’t make his wrist sweat and that he could work and wear every day. I came into the store to find everyone sitting around on their cell phones I felt like I was disturbing them right out the gate and was greeted with an arrogance from this man name Taron I’d explain to him that I’ve ordered several watch bands and nothing seems to be fitting or working and he put his hands up and said just go online and order it that’s your best bet or go next-door to a jewelry company and see if they can get you one, I didn’t care so much about the cost I asked if you could order me one from their website since I’ve been having trouble and you tell me what exactly he needed and he didn’t want to be bothered. The other two ladies were sitting on their cell phone sitting on stools and didn’t even offer to jump in order to assist in anyway that is definitely the worst customer service I’ve had in so long and I will never buy any Invicta watches from that particular store because the management is terrible. A job is a privilege customers are a privilege there’s so many products out there this man needs to go back and get some training I think he picked the wrong job customer service just isn’t in his skill set. Obviously you need staff to open the cases just to even find a price (DISPLAY THE PRICE IF IT'S LOCKED IN A CASE, DUH) and when you're on a budget yeah you're gonna be picky and ask questions. DONT WORK THERE IF YOU DONT WANT TO DO YOUR JOB. But the f*ed up thing was we were judged the second we walked in. Not once did anyone approach us asking if we wanted to view anything. CLEARLY we werent the clientele worth helping. When we did ask the price on TWO watches Big Black looking dude answered us and went back to what he was doing. After a few minutes of browsing we found one we liked, waited, and waited, and finally asked for help and was told to hold on while he helped the customer that just walked in AFTER WE WERE STANDING THERE ALREADY FOR 20 MINUTES WAITING FOR ASSISTANCE!!! I was disgusted by how we were treated. They all knew we were trying to purchase and they all looked at us and ignored us til we finally left.
Jokes on you. We went back to the Invicta stand and left with 3 watches. The girls there gave EXCELLENT 1-on-1 customer service especially Amanda who helped us. She stayed with us the whole time, answered every question, let us view and compare, and not once was impatient or rude. Definitely made our first time purchase nice and easy.

Read moreWorst customer experience with an online store ever. I made an error when placing an order. I realized my mistake immediately and tried to contact their customer service. Since it was the weekend they were closed. I sent 3 emails asking that they just cancel the order so I could place a new one. After 3 days I have not received any replies to my emails so, I tried to call. The lady that answered the phone was rude from the beginning of the call. After I explained what had happened she said "Well that sounds like your problem" and hung up on me. I tried calling back several times and she would pick up the phone and then immediately hang up. I called from a different phone and got the same lady. I explained that I was just trying to get some help with the order. She hung up on me again. Evidently they have only ONE customer service person and she is horrible at her job. Be careful when ordering with them. They sell beautiful watches, I own several of them. Their service leaves much to be desired. BEWARE
