I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie and the manager made a pomegranate smoothie. When I came back to ask for the correct flavor, she because cursing out her whole team. When her daughter told her that she (the manager) had made it, the manager tasted the smoothie and claimed it was banana straw berry. She then told me(with a fake, innocent smile) it was my fault and I was not going to get a refund or a new smoothie. When I had told her it was not my fault that she messed up, she threatened me with the police and said I was the rudest person she had ever met. Went here last night. $9.00 for a disgusting milkshake. Got Oreo-it was old and gummy. Not even right. The main reason for my review is how rude the worker was. She didn’t even say hi-she was watching something on her phone. I told her what I wanted. The card machine messed up and she didn’t say anything or smile once because she didn’t get a “tip” for her lack of effort to actually work. What a joke. Just close this place down. I. Love. Häagen-Dazs. After the remodel this place looks spectacular. It definitely brings a whole new life to this food court. The service is nothing but amazing. Even on the days where I’m not at my best, a peppermint bark milkshake always cheers me up and so does the workers. At this point I should wire my bank account straight to here!
