Street Burgers — Restaurant in Broomfield

Awful workers. They don’t have anyone that speaks English. I went and ordered the cheeseburger combo but was only charged for the burger and tried to ask why I wasn’t charged for the fries and drink and the worker tries gaslighting me and my girlfriend trying to say we never said that and that we didn’t order it but we kept telling him we did and offered to pay the difference and he just keeps saying we didn’t order it. He keeps ignoring us and walking past us after and then I try getting his attention and he says “sup bro” with a very rude tone in his voice like he wants to instigate a fight. And we explain to him again and we just says whatever and walks away and eventually gives us our fries but still no drink. Also I’ll add that there where about 5 people behind us in line and he purposely gave them their food while we where just standing there getting ignored and he kept laughing and smiling every time they gave people their food and then looking at us. Awful worker. Super rude and ignorant and careless. I’ve been coming here for years and I won’t be coming here anytime soon again. Worker was a male Hispanic probably in his early 20s. The date was June 3rd 2024 around 6:15-6:30. It was only him and another woman in the kitchen working. He wasn’t wearing a name tag. Also had to go to another place in the food court to buy a drink and ketchup because I didn’t want to interact with this person again and I didn’t even tell the other restaurant why and they asked if it was because the burger place. They said they’re always rude and close early. Hopefully this person looses his job here and gets a lesson on how to treat...

We like to come here once in a while. We always have a good experience but today they took advantage of us. We got overcharged and when I tried to ask why the cashier didn’t knew how to explain himself .

We ordered a “Cadillac Cheeseburger” which is advertised that INCLUDES Bacon and fried eggs on a $14.25 Combo base, No extras .

When we see the bill we got charged for it AND extra of fried eggs, avocado (that we didn’t ask for) and bacon. So when I asked the guy why are we getting charged for “extras” when the burger we asked for already comes with those items (but the avocado) as a base he said that the $14.25 is just the Pattie . I got pissed and I told him well your “base” burger not extras is way cheaper if you are saying that we need to pay for the extras that the “Cadillac” one comes with. Took fifteen minutes to get 2 shakes and only because the girl completely forgot about us and then didnt even make the right flavor shakes. My boyfriend respectfully asked for the manager to which the girl pointed at the man with black hair so he talked to him and asked him for a soda while we waited for her to make our right drink and when he refused, my boyfriend asked for a refund and to speak to the manager knowing that it was him. All of a sudden the man doesn't speak good English anymore, the manager supposedly isn't there, and hes done talking to my boyfriend who had remained calm and respectful throughout all of this.
