Awful awful customer service.probably the worst I’ve ever experienced. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! One it’s a rip off, two no one speaks English which I don’t know how that’s even possible. The manager gets high and can’t even talk to customers and speaks 0 English so when you have an issue no one can help you. They have no phone number and their online orders they don’t wanna honor so instead will take your money.there are plenty of other places in the mall to get food from so I promise it’s best to just go somewhere else or go to cosmos pizza. If you really want villa just go to another location that they can actually possibly help you…. AGAIN THE WORST SERVICE IVE DVER HAD and that’s speaking a lot as this generation of customer service sucks…. Plus there is gross stuff all over their glass windows it doesn’t even look like they clean the place and the pizza sits out for hours before they make fresh… they will gladly take your money without giving you anything at all… absolutely disgusting...

Absolutely ridiculous. I went on my break and bought a PEPPERONI stromboli to-go. Not ONLY did they give me the wrong stromboli, they never gave me my sauce cup which i had to go back and get myself. My coworker went to get my missing little sauce cup which to my surprise was only filled HALF with sauce and they gave no lid. A lady with long black hair in a low ponytail, who speaks 0 English straight up ignored me when i called out to her and she looked at me in my eyes before doing so. I tell her and another lady that im missing the lid and they roll their eyes and laugh before giving me my lid. Been coming here a couple times and ive never had such OUTRAGEOUS treatment from your 0 English speaking workers. Other stores have bilingual people and STILL make sure they at LEAST know how to speak a bit of english. DO BETTER OR SHUT DOWN FOR GOOD!!! Que Rico had FLUENT SPANISH speakers and they STILL know a bit of English and NEVER mess up an order...

This place deserves no stars. It should be closed. The bald manager is the rudest ahole and should be fired. It's a shame people like that work in service industry roles. The guy doesn't know how to form a sentence. How is this guy a manager? This location should be closed. I stood in line for 10 minutes while the bald manager chatted with another mall employee. Went to the register to order and the white girl told me the "line starts over there." I told her i've been waiting for 10 minutes and if she could help me. She refused and so I walked away from her for her safety. She then proceeds to help the person behind me. Asked to speak with a manger and the bald idiot pointed to himself. He couldn't even say he was the manager, this is how "special" this guy was. He then proceeded to tell me to f-off. Cursing at customers! Absolute worst place and staff. Fire the bald idiot!
