Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Broomfield

This one particular store (the one in the gas station) is a complete joke with extremely rude staff and ridiculous store policies. The OTHER store in Broomfield (near the Flatirons Mall) is unbelievably amazing in every way. I live near this one by the gas station, but I work near the one near Flatirons... so I am very familiar with both stores.

It turns out, THIS store (in the gas station) is independently owned, and Jimmy Johns actually lets the owner set his own store policies. For example, you can’t pay extra for peppers or lettuce on your slim sandwich. The other store not only does this for you, they don’t even charge extra. These jokers will fight you tooth and nail about it.

I ordered a sandwich here the last time I went and it was such a complete joke that I took photographs to share online. It was so bad that one of the kids working here had to have gone out of his way to make it this badly. I called the store to complain and the manager argued me up and down. It got really bad on the phone, actually. I drove all the way back to the store to show him and only after seeing it in person did he calm down and admit that it wasn’t okay. Before that he wasn’t willing to admit that one of his own employees was being a little punk.

We will NEVER visit this store again. The owner doesn’t seem to care and won’t bother returning your call. I refuse to let him/her...

Their sandwiches are reasonably tasty in a cheap, subway kind of way. Their delivery has always been fast. I hate the place because they have awful customer service. I ordered a sandwich with extra avocado spread, $2/extra which is roughly a 3rd of the price of the entire sandwich; I received a sandwich with so little avocado on it that I couldn't even taste it, so I called, the manager apologized and said that he would make one personally and send it out to me. Great, right?

The replacement sandwich took a bit longer to arrive, and when I received it there was even less avocado than had been on the original sandwich. I called back, the manager told me that corporate set the pars on these things and there was nothing he could do for me. Seriously, their 'par' must be about a half a teaspoon full of avocado spread for a standard order. It's ridiculous that I even have to call them about something this trivial, but the fact that they essentially don't give a damn about their customers really seals the deal. Never ordering...

Went through the drive through tonight and had a very bad experience with the lady working. Seemed as if she was the manager, long brown hair in a low pony tail. She didn’t understand our order the first time and after repeating it she still got it wrong, we clarified at the window and she was very VERY rude about it making us feel like it was our fault. We had asked for 2 slim BLT and we ended up getting 2 regular sized BLT. (Paid $20 for two big sandwiches we didn’t want) Not to mention we also got 2 little johns and one of the sandwiches we recieved was completely wrong. After going back through the drive through to let them know one of our sandwiches were wrong she proceeded to say “pull up” in a very aggressive tone before we could even finish our sentence. There she sat with her arms crossed hanging over the window waiting for us. Very rude and approached the problem in such a disrespectful, unprofessional way. I’m not one to write reviews but this...
