My family and I were visiting from Las Vegas, NV and decided to eat at this restaurant on the evening of 25 Aug 2023. I wasn't entirely sure what to have for dinner, and since this was close to our hotel and we knew how the food is because we have one back home, we decided that this was the restaurant of choice. We made a reservation just out of habit because in Las Vegas, you'd regret not making any. When we walked in, we were greeted appropriately; the hostess was extremely friendly. This seems to be a common trend in this city because a lot of people that we come in contact with are friendly/happy. This was evident even with our server, Patton. He did a remarkable job serving our table and attending to our needs which is highly appreciated.
We ended up ordering the Northern Style Spare Ribs, Seared Dumplings, Crispy Honey Shrimp, Sweet and Sour (S&S) Chicken, Kung Pao Chicken, and for dessert, the Great Wall of Chocolate. My wife really enjoyed her S&S Chicken; however, I didn't feel the same for my Kung Pao Chicken. The flavor profile didn't do it for me that night and it tasted really salty for some reason. I told my family that I'm curious if it's just me and that I'm willing to try it again when we return back to Las Vegas to see if the dish is supposed to taste that way or not. I hate to compare this dish to other places, but I just don't recall the sauce tasting so salty. My daughter's Shrimp entree was decent - definitely nothing she wanted to boast about to her friends or any members of Congress. The ribs were decent; the presentation was phenomenal but the texture was mediocre and inconsistent - some ribs weren't as tender as others, but the smoky flavor was great. The dumplings were good; can't say it was the best I've had, but it definitely had good texture and flavor. Aside from the S&S Chicken, the standout performer was the dessert...normally, I'm not a dessert guy, but I really enjoyed this dish. The chocolate wasn't too sweet which made it a lot more palatable for me.
Overall, the experience was good. The service from Patton clearly exceeded expectations and was highlighted more than the actual food....which depending on how you look at it, can be good or bad. Regardless of our average food experience, I still recommend this...
Read moreWe recently dined at P.F. Chang's in Broomfield, and I can confidently say it was one of the best restaurant experiences I've had in a long time! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was inviting, but what truly made our visit memorable was our server, Ian.
Ian provided exceptional service that exceeded all expectations. He was incredibly attentive, ensuring that our glasses were never empty and that we had everything we needed throughout our meal. What impressed me most was his dedication to accommodating our dietary restrictions; he took extra precautions to ensure that our food was completely gluten-free. It's not often you find a server who goes above and beyond like that!
I also have to commend P.F. Chang's for their impressive gluten-free menu. They offered a variety of options, and you could tell that they genuinely care about their customers' dietary needs. Everything was prepared allergen-free, and we felt completely safe enjoying our meal.
Now, onto the food! We ordered the Beef with Broccoli, Spicy Chicken, Shrimp Fried Rice, Pad Thai with Chicken, and Lettuce Wraps. Each dish was absolutely incredible—flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. We couldn't get enough and are already looking forward to enjoying the delicious leftovers!
Overall, our experience at P.F. Chang's was outstanding, thanks in large part to Ian's exceptional service. We can't wait to come back and indulge in more of their amazing dishes....
Read moreFood is always served fresh and hot. The service is always quick as well. Make sure to sign up for rewards! I recommend the ma po tofu dish. It’s flavored well and delicious.
1/4/2020: Visited on a busy Saturday night and was pleasantly surprised the food was still fresh and delicious. The front staff (hostesses weren’t the most friendly except for one but no worries—people have bad days and it didn’t affect our overall experience). My husband and I tried the new tempura poppers and they were yummy. They tasted similar to a tempura sushi roll. I do wish there was more in an order instead of the cabbage filler at the bottom of the dish, though. They were out of C02 so we didn’t have soda but our waiter (Riley) did a great job of continuously keeping our water cups full which was awesome since it was so busy. We also ordered my favorite dish, the ma po tofu; shared the crab wontons, white rice; and my husband had the the pepper steak. Everything was yummy and we truly enjoyed our meal and the awesome service. Our waiter was very friendly and did a great job given the busy atmosphere.
1/12/2020: Food was fresh and delicious. Our waitress was awesome. I will say that my usual Ma Po tofu wasn’t as good as it normally tastes. It wasn’t as flavorful as usual. But, it was still hot! My husband tried a different dish this time and got the Korean Bulgogi Steak. Overall, our experience was...
