it saddens me to leave this review but its truly been a dull experience these past couple times ive tried visiting. this place used to be good, the service was great, the atmosphere was fun, and though the food was a bit overpriced at times, it was worth it. not sure what it is now but the customer service is absolutely horrible now. the cashiers have always looked miserable these past times ive visited and aren't helpful like the last ones.if you had visited before whatever happened to this place, youd know how different the atmosphere is from the second you walk through that door. shame whats happened to this place, cant say i see myself coming back to kokoro and will have to find something better than this ex-gem. very...

Interesting place to go to if you’re looking to cook your ramen somewhere other than your house. The service could’ve been a tad bit better in my opinion.
