Horrible experience today. The elderly woman working there was taking my and my daughters order while my husband and my mother in law waited behind us. Another employee, a young black woman, came up to them to get their order and the elderly woman yells at her practically smacked the ice cream scooper out of her hand and proceeded to tell my husband and mother in law that it’s because there is only suppose to be one person serving per order and she wouldn’t know how to charge it. My mother in law and husband tried to explain the young lady was doing nothing wrong and there was no reason for her to speak to her or to them the way she was. My husband asked for the owners name and number and she only stated that he would be there tomorrow at 12. So disappointed we only received and paid for my daughter’s ice cream and left. Very rude woman and had the audacity to claim she has never had a complaint against her. With all the other reviews about her lack of customer service skills, I very much doubt her claim. Horrible customer service. The food here is delicious, no doubt about it, but this specific employee (Kathy) makes the most delicious waffle ice cream cone taste sour. Not because of the actual ice cream but because of her nasty attitude. This is an old lady who I’ve seen on Saturday’s. Her name is Kathy. People who come to get a snack here are most likely tired and looking to eat something sweet to continue their shopping or hit the road home... we are not looking for someone to ruin our experience at the mall. I went today around 11:40 am was calling for around 10 minutes and started calling the phone to which there was no answer finally someone comes out and says that they are not open yet but she would help us, we ask what time it opens because online it says they open at 11am and she says we open when we want to open no specific time.
