Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Brownwood

When the girl came to get my order she said it would be 10 to 15 mins, I said ok well I'll go grab drinks and come back. She said she needed needed go ahead and ring me up up I agreed...Came back 20 mins later. After about 5 mins another girl comes to the window and automatically says "we dnt got anything but an order of wings". I informed her my order was already placed and paid for. She comes back asking for a name, then the first girl came back asking what I had ordered. The second girl comes back saying they have most if my order except 1 pizza. She asked me to pull up out front and wait another 10 mins. After those 10 mins she brings out my food. I check it, crazy bread is missing, I go in to ask for it and don't u knw they dnt have it ready. In total it took an hr for this place to get my complete order out. 2nd girl was nice, friendly, visibly as frustrated as I was with the other employees. If I hadn't already paid and had hungry little ones wanting their pizza, I would have gone elsewhere. Poor customer service and bad...

Ordered one veggie pizza with NO CHEESE and extra sauce. They repeated it back to me - "no cheese, with extra sauce". I ended up with a veggie pizza covered in at least a pound of cheese. So, I asked to have one made with no cheese due to my friend's milk allergy. They made another but ran out of two toppings. Those toppings were $1.75 a piece. I had to ask for the refund for the two toppings I didn't get - he handed me $2.00, not $3.00. The second pizza had no sauce - patches of crust were visible with no sauce or toppings...So much for extra sauce =( There were people piling up behind us, so I just let it go and left. Good for basic pepperoni pizza, but not for specific orders. This is where I get pizza for my kids, so I'll keep going, but for a more involved pizza I'll order...

Was very disappointed with changes? I don't know if this was corporate or store orders, or maybe even the employee just didn't know what she was doing. I wanted to order a regular pepperoni pizza but make only half pepperoni. They told me it would be 6 instead of 5 because it's a "specialty" pizza. I am NOT paying an extra dollar to get half the normal pepperoni. I also wanted a thin crust pepperoni and that also would cost me 6 instead of 5, again I am not paying an extra dollar for less bread lol. I understand prices go up that's totally normal, but not for something I'm getting less of. Will continue to buy a pizza when I'm in a hurry but when i want it my way for the same price I'll go to Pizza Hut or Dominos. Great place but...
