General tso's & chicken lo mein (no veggies, add egg) Look, I hate, no despise, giving a bad review, and maybe, just maybe, this is a radicalized version of these dishes, but neither of them was recognizable as thier namesakes. I was hope but sadly disappointed. General Tso's chicken is a standard that runs very easily visually Identifiable across most of the nation. Small bites of chicken, lightly battered and flash fried, then tossed in a semi spicy sweet sauce served with broccoli, and maybe little peppers or carrots. As you can see I received nothing of the sort. I was given an order of sweet and sour chicken covered in an unknown sauce and some red and green bell peppers on top. Lo mein noodles are almost always easily Identifiable via texture, color, & scent. This was a container of spaghetti noodles, unflavored. I am very very very disappointed. I will say that my mom's sweet-and-sour chicken was quite to her satisfaction, But honestly neither of my dishes resembled anything I ordered.

Fantastic little restaurant with a nostalgic feel from Chinese restaurants many years ago. This is a small family owned business and you can tell they really care. Food is great, although be cautious when asking for spicy... they really know how to do spicy!! We love to dine in, it is always a great experience. They bring your plates with the fancy silver covers, offer tea with each meal and their Wonton soup is hands down, the best in town!!!

The look of the Food was horrible!! Asked for General tso chicken and got chicken fingers which looked like they were submerged in hot sauce. The egg rolls were burnt, the the veggie lo neon was so runny!! The beef teriyaki looked like beef jerky on sticks. The duct sauce was like a melted preserve. Thee WORSE CHINESE FOOD MY FAMILY AND I HAD EVER HAD!! No worries, we won’t be back. We wasted $30.

Horrible. We were hoping for a good sit down chinese reasturant near by and was so disappointed. We were greated quite rudely and asked for a table with a highchair the girl who sat us seriously threw the highchair down a couple feet away from the table. Came back eventually and got our drinks and food order. The apps were good but she asked if we wanted any sauces with them we asked for 2 one for me and one for my husband... she only brought the one and walked away before I could ask again. Brought out food out and it was HORRIBLE. The sauce had good flavor but the chicken was a greasy over breaded mess with extreamly dry meat in the middle. The rice was undercooked and flavorless. The waitress never came back to ask how everything was, never refilled drinks, never asked to clear plates just threw boxes on the table and laid down the check. Just an overall poor attitude. They have a charge to use a card which was not spoken about. It was a slow monday night so there was just no excuse. It's a shame I had high Hope's but we will never be returning.

I tried to delete my original post but it wont let me because I think I got a responce so since I cant I will just change it. The who I believe is the owner contacted me about my experience and showed me where I saw something I missed (what i thought was a credit card fee was actually the tax it was hand written so I just missed it). That person was kind and showed they cared about their establishment. The food is not what I expected and not to my liking so we probably wont return but others may enjoy it. The service was extreamly poor though. Everyone has bad days but I feel like you should work to give everyone the best service possible no matter how your feeling... that is the job. I am a server and completely understanding and it was just unacceptable in my opinion. The owner did say they were going to address that matter so that's great. While I was disappointed with my experience and will stick to my local take out instead of a sit down place I was hoping for, maybe it was just a bad day and they can all learn from...

If I could give negative stars, I would. Total garbage restaurant with no real care for customers. My in-laws wanted to try this place, so we gave it a shot. Mistake. We drive over to get our food and they’re out of the wings I ordered. Really? You couldn’t call me before I drove all the way over? We’re in strongsville, about 20 minutes away. Now I have to find something else to eat. Then we’re almost home and they call. They forgot part of our order. So now EVERYTHING is going to be stone cold by the time we get home because we had to turn around again. Then my wife goes in and they have the audacity to make her wait to get the now cold food. What a joke. And I don’t want the owner to come on here to apologize, I’m sure you know where to stick that apology. If you cared about customers you wouldn’t have this kind of lack of care for customers. Worst Chinese restaurant I’ve been to. The food honestly wasn’t that...
