So I email the owner asking if he would like to carry our product from Italy in his store. Didnt get a response so I call in and was told he received the email but thought it was spam so he never responded. I asked him if it was possible to stop by with a list of products and pricing. Read moreBy far my favorite place to shop. Besides being a super clean, well lit store, the selection is amazing given the space they have to work with. I also go for what’s called in German “gemutlichkeit”, the ‘feel of the place’ because Sebastian and Laura (his part time helper) radiate a genuine friendliness which they demonstrate by being willing to engage you in your native language. I recently contacted the owner Sedastian about a situation where I WRONGFULLY accused the owner of not giving my father the full value of a gift certificate. Sebastian handled me and my situation with such GRACE and INTEGRITY!!!
