I cannot rave enough about Hounds Town Brunswick. We've been dog owners for nearly a decade, and in that time we've had relationships with several boarding locations in the greater Cleveland area. Roger and his crew have outdone them all with their personalized attention and sincere care. I feel like every single person who works there genuinely knows and cares about both of my dogs, asking after them if one shows up without the other and responding to their "quirks" with good humor and affection.

The standout experience though was a few months back after one of our beagles was diagnosed with a medical condition requiring activity restriction for the next several months. We were already booked to go out of town, and Roger was so communicative and accommodating as we discussed Mouse's needs and restrictions and how it would affect him and Murphy since they're joined at the hip and would be unable to be in the playroom together. When our first plan of action resulted in clear distress from Mouse, Roger problem-solved in an incredibly compassionate and resourceful manner, then called us to let us know of the change in plans and make sure we were ok with his solution. We would never have known how the boys responded to the first plan if Roger didn't tell us, but he saw that Mouse needed something different and didn't hesitate to adapt accordingly.

Hounds Town Brunswick was awesome! It was our first time there and my first time taking a dog to doggie day care. I was terrified and I of course cried. Roger and Delani really did a great job putting my nerves at ease. The reassured me that Ziggy would be just fine and that if they needed anything from me they would call. The best thing was how they treated me and Ziggy with respect. Roger got down right at Ziggy’s level and played with him and even gave him some treats! It meant so much to me having the owner present! I was very nervous about Ziggy having to go potty inside. He is only 4 months old and I was scared he would regress but he came right home and ringed his bells and went potty outside just like normal. The place was very clean! When we came to pick Ziggy up they were cleaning in the main lobby, it really shows they care. It’s spotless! I also love that they offer a bath and they have different levels. We went with the luxury package as it was 50% off the first time! His nails were trimmed nicely and he got the cutest bandana! Totally worth the price! Ziggy came home smelling awesome! My husband noticed the blueberry smell from the facial! The best thing was the updates! I don’t have social media but Delani sent me videos and special texts about how Ziggy was during his stay! Took both my pups in to be evaluated for daycare and boarding. I was greeted as soon as I walked in with a friendly face. He went over everything that is offered in detail with me. I got to view the extremely playful pack, which was nice to watch them interact with each other. I was shown the luxury suit where my two boys will be staying. I was very impressed with the play area, cleanliness, staff, and how my boys came out happy but tired when picking up. I admit the luxury boarding room could be a little bigger for my 60 Lb boys to sleep together. They did reassure me that they would only be in there for sleep time and feeding times. The rest of the time will be in daycare with the others, which I was very excited to hear. They are also going to create more King boarding rooms, which are larger than the luxury ones.
